Places to stay are graded on a 0-100 scale. The higher the grade, the easier it is for travellers to find restaurants and things to do within walking distance.
Unclean and unreliable. After having booked in for a night the management tried upselling their breakfast services. However they quickly rolled back th offer on realising we were only staying for a day. Furthermore no breakfast was available even till 830am. You will see from the pictures posted the rooms were not swept since long, soiled bathrooms. If there are options available in the next 2 adjacent hotels they might be worth a better try.

Rooms clean and breakfast was good. Great coffee machine. Reception: could do with more "smiles " when checking in / out guests. Main Issue: Could not settle bill with Card because the Intnl Card Machine was not working. Apparently its been faulty for a month and management did not sort it out. How inconvenient this was for our check out process. Had to pay cash and use up our last bit of INR. Hopefully management spends about 30mins to rectify this problem.

at first look hotel looks very good, elegant . rooms looks nice. this hotel has every bit of capacity to be best seller but i feel management seems to be least worried about overall image of hotel . rooms are nice but they are not paying much attention to their good maintenance . don't have ample parking. HAVE NO FACILITY FOR THE DRIVERS OF BUSINESS TRAVELERS EVEN BATHROOM.that was very awkward as have never experienced such thing. breakfast is very good, really good. if management start paying attention towards hotel it can be great property. and YESS ALL THOSE LOOKING FOR STAY NEAR MAIN DELHI LIKE C.P , OR OTHER POSH AREA ITS QUITE FAR FOR THEIR . NO SUCH GREAT MARKETS NEAR BY AND NEAREST METRO STATION IS SUBASH NAGAR.and do compare from online before checking inn directly , possibly you will be finding better overthere.

Hotel located at the heart of West Delhi,easy to reach.
Was there for a company visit,And arrived early at the hotel because of too many companies visit, reception person understands the requirements and allows early check in at 8 am,allowed the option of breakfast also.
Hospitality,can be marked 100% at Signature grand,Good, friendly, understanding staff,ready to help at all time.
Must visit and recommend Signature grand whenever comes to Delhi.

If your a foreigner don't bother booking this motel as most staff don't speak English. I sent numerous emails, agoda messages, and facebook msg requesting airport pick up nd everything was ignored. Towels were grey, bed was dirty and smelt. thete were 30 or more dogs that would nake at night. Walls are paper thin so you hear everything. I asked for some help in regards to buying a sim card and was just told go to market tgen they walked off. Room service just hung up on me when I tried to call. Never Eva again

We booked this hotel and hosted Pre-wedding functions with rooms here,I loved the way they treated our guest from Day 1 till last, Reception team was at best for smooth check in till check out, Informative,Disciplined, and always ready to help,house keeping team was superb, Restaurant was good ,mouth watering food.
All of our guest was happy and joyful durum stay and function.
We will certainly consider and recommend this hotel for our future, Function/stay .

We had a wedding ceremony on 9th Feb 2014, our bag carrying jewelry and money was taken away from the banquet. We then looked at the CCTV footages, placement of CCTV cameras was pathetic...they have kept a place to keep all the bags but without any CCTV surveillance. Then their was a CCTV camera focusing on that area but it was not working..A large banquet of 400 people gathering had only 2 CCTV camera and that too at the wrong place. One CCTV camera was not working...

Check in and check out was good.
Thank God my stay at this hotel was for one night only because after going to sleep early, around midnight we felt someone or a few people trying to get into our room. The room doors are thin but luckily no one broke in. We panicked and called the reception and they said they will check on it but never returned the call for safety assurance. We could not sleep at all. Immediately called my friends and they came and spoke with the manager. Then my friends told me that due to a function going on and the guests consuming drinks they may have accidentally tried to open the door thinking its their room. It was a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE and will never forget this incident. Will never recommend this place for others especially if ladies are travelling alone. Please do not support this hotel! We immediately checked out the next morning! Never stay here!

I have stayed in this hotel thrice in the last 1 year and every time there is the same problem which gets repeated. First, the Air conditioning gets faulty, then the TV doesn't work and third there is problem in washroom. Everytime I had to change rooms to solve this problem.
