My partner and I had to stay for an extended period of time in Delhi. We were picking up our newborn twins and required an apartment-style facility i.e. equipped with separate bedrooms, kitchen, and living room. Apartment 18 was ideal for us. We had a 3-BR suite with a bathroom for each bedroom. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Air conditioning kept us cool. The cleaning staff was thorough. The concierge service was top-notch. They assisted us in ordering for delivery and any other conveniences. There was free WiFi in our rooms. There was a public computer, printer, and scanner in the lobby area. Apartment 18 was also centrally located to various shops and tourist attractions. Several restaurants delivered to our room, but we eventually put the kitchen to use. The staff was very friendly. They were able to accommodate us when we had to extend our stay by 1 week. Despite being in a foreign land, it felt like our home away from home.

We had a disappointing stay at Apartment 18. Just got back from staying there for 8 days in early April 2012. A gymnasium is still advertised as part of the facilities. They are still working on that happening but it does not currently exist. Our room was noisy and they said they are getting double window glazing but who knows. We had an extra large studio room that was claimed to have luggage racks, recliner, coffee corners etc. But none of these were in our room. We had to remind the housekeeping staff to clean our room and provide towels on 3 seperate days because when we had returned from siteseeing (4-5 hours out) nothing had been done. They also wanted us to share a clothes airer/dryer rack with the studio next door. This was impossible because they had it filled up so we asked them to provide another one. It took them 2 days to do this. The level of cleanliness of the bathroom was questionable. They did not recess the shower floor sufficiently and as they only had a shower curtain water flowed out all over the bathroom floor. Whilst the location was very good the Apartments are on major busy road so very noisy and smoggy. If you wash your clothes and air them on the balcony they will get dirty anyway! We wouldnt stay there again which is disapppointing as we plan to return to New Delhi at the end of the year.

My wife and I stayed in India for two weeks and Apartment 18 was definitely a very good place to stay.

The rooms are clean and comfortable and well maintained. We stayed another serviced apartment prior to this and we can attest to the fact that Delhi can get a bit dusty, so being able to maintain a nice and clean apartment is definitely an undertaking on it's own. You can definitely feel the effort and love that the owners put into maintaining this apartment.

The service at the apartment is great as well. Lalit, one of the staff here would make runs to the market for us and pick up dinner if we wanted to order in as well. Everyone was very courteous and accommodating and easy to deal with. They also have the option of having a cook as well if you want, but we didn't take that option this time. They have 24 hr doorman, so security is definitely not an issue.

The only minor setback is that it is situated near a busy street so the street noise can be a little loud during peak hours, but it really isn't anything that a good pair of earplugs won't fix. Though, all of Delhi is pretty loud in general, so you kind of get used to the cars and honking at some point anyways.

Overall, we definitely had a great experience staying here and would definitely recommend anyone looking for a good value place to stay, especially for longer term to stay here.

We booked this apartment from Australia and at $350 per night for 3 bedrooms we expected a lot more. We choose this apartment for it's location in South Delhi to be close to relatives. On arrival, although spacious the furniture was not clean and the facilities not at all luxurious as claimed on the website.
Upholstery, cushions, towels and, bed linen were stained. We complained and on the second day some of the furniture was changed and the beds re made.. Despite this we still found the kitchen unusable.. There were dirty dish cloths and tea towels on the bench, the toaster had exposed wires, their were only 3 glasses in the cupboard, cupboard doors were broken......the list goes on.
The only toiletries supplied were cakes of soap: no tissues, or shampoo which one would expect at this price. Their were gaps in the ceiling where the ceiling fans hung and the heating consisted of 2 small electric fan heaters and a radiator with a broken base. The beds were of average comfort and the bed covers were very light and we were cold at night. The heaters provided were too unsafe or noisy to leave on at night. Obviously the 5 star rating system in India is different to Australia but the price charged would have definitely suggested a much higher quality than what was experienced by us. Overall, poor quality and very over priced. We would definitely not recommend it to anyone. We will be passing this information on to our travel agent on return to Australia!

Apartment 18 is very well situated. My husband and I stayed in our apartment for over three weeks, and chose this accommodation because
of its proximity to our hospital where our twins were born, but also to markets and shops.

The room was very comfortable, and management accommodated us on a number of occassions in trying to make our stay with our twins as comfortable as possible. It is a very secure complex, with a security
presence 24 hours a day. The room we stayed in was well appointed
with plenty of hot water and a decent wifi connection. It also had cable tv, and we had access to a washing machine which was a bonus. The room was cleaned regularly and the security / housekeeping staff were very very courteous. Overall we had a very pleasant and comfortable stay and would have no problem recommending Apartment 18 to others.

This is my first stay at a service apartment in any country and it was a nice experience (always stayed in larger expensive hotels). Although I had planned to be in Delhi for two and a half weeks, I originally booked the large studio for only a week to be sure it was comfortable and safe. To my delight, the staff were super friendly and accommodating, there was around the clock security and the location was great as it made it easy to get around. The studio was huge with a small kitchen which is nice when you're staying for more than a few days. But, if you're not interested in cooking, every restaurant in the area delivered so I was able to order-in dinner most nights. Also plenty of light and the balcony was a bonus. The apartment faced a very busy road which means you'll hear car horns just about all hours but strangely enough, it becomes less noticeable after a few days. Overall a pleasant and comfortable stay!

I'm from Mumbai, & I've always wanted to take a trip to Delhi to see the place. I needed a place that was practical, reasonably priced & safe. Apartment 18 was all that & more.
It's situated in a very nice area, the security is good & I was pleasantly surprised to find that it had a full kitchen (not only a microwave, but gas plus utensils too). There's also a handy Delhi guide in the room & free wi-fi, which was very important for me. Also enjoyed the plasma tv & free cable. There was a lazyboy too but we didn't use it much.
Everyone there was friendly & helpful, I just found that the cleaning staff can occasionally be a bit haphazard, but we of course pointed it out & it was all good.
There's a rickshaw stand right outside, & bus stops. A supermarket / greengrocer is just 200 mts away & it's also a quick rickshaw ride away from the famous Greater Kailash M Block market.
It was a great place for my parents & me to stay. I enjoyed my trip to Delhi. :)

Apartment 18, no doubt is the most luxurious aparthotel situated in the heart of New delhi. These selfcatering apartments are ideal for both short term and longterm ,corporate and family stays. The interioirs are airy and spacious and have been carefully planned to create light which gives an extremely positive and meditterean feel.
I have used these apartments on various occassions.I am proud to be associated with its inaugration. Our family booked the entire apartment for my sisters wedding. The friendly staff, 24 hrs security, cleanliness ,easy accessability is certainly a feather in their cap.
I strongly reccomend apartment 18 to all my family, friends and clients. It is in simple words the classiest place to be!!!!

My wife and I had an enjoyable stay here for a week.

The clean en suite room was serviced daily and we had access to a communal kitchen and lounge.

Apartment 18 is very secure, there are guards there 24 hours a day. They will also help with getting items from local markets should you require any and are very ameniable. We asked for a fridge and kettle in our room and they immediately obliged us. Suvadeep the manager was very helpful too.

The location is good, it's close to the busy M block market in GK1 which has both Indian and Western shops. The quieter GK2 market is only about 5 minutes away by tuktuk.

I would certainly stay here again if I was to visit Delhi for an extended period and require more space than available in a standard hotel room.

I lately stayed for 1 month in Delhi, since we were travelling with a very young baby and my wife has some food intolerance we wanted an apartment with its own kitchen to be able to prepare our own meals.

This place is simply just great: well located, very clean and healthy for a baby, good taste decoration, marble flooring. The personnel is very friendly, polite and eager to provide a great service.

Has all the amenities you will need either for a short or long stay like ours (hi speed internet, satellite tv with all the major US and European networks, a/c, laundry room, etc).

Price is not the cheapest, but you will get very good value for your money.

I would come back without any hesitation anytime. Highly recommendable
