WORST place to stay, pathetic condition and zero maintenance. Never think about this place, it has been getting worse after coming under OYO. Earlier it was rather better but not now. Have booked for 3 days for my guests with advance booking but money gone waste .

I have came to hotel but the receptionist were so rough and the service staff was pathetic...when I cancel the booking after seeing all these things they said we didn't able to refund ur money talk to Oyo executive so we forcefully stayed at the room where t.v. is broken room is totally dirty.whole the floor smells like hell of cigarettes....what I feel is that I stuck somewhere and I have to stay otherwise my money will gone...

We stayed with 8 families for marriage in Neptune residency for 4 days . Hotel is situated on main road . rooms , breakfast average and room service and cleanliness not good . For Delhi the price is ok.

Very good hotel..room was very good.cleanliness. Was excellent.. Front office managers also cooperative. Near by bus stand and Metro station 🚉.. They give me complimentary breakfast and tea..i give 5stars them. Keep it up Neptune residency

Located quite far from the main Delhi sights, nevertheless it is a good place to stay for a budget traveller. The hotel offers clean rooms with conditioner, TV, free wifi, and sometines mosquitoes. The bathrooms are not in a great condition, however are clean and tidy. Receptionists are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in 15 min. walk from the neares metro station Peera Garhi, and in 5 min. walk from a shopping mall. Aslo you can find some small restaurants around the hotel.

a prefect trip . i have visited hotel in feb 2015 evry thing was changed interior to exterior , reception was well maintained . room were well cleaned and food was also good . good wifi connectivity .

We stayed at Neptune Residency for 4 days to attend a Marriage. Pictures of rooms on the website are amazing and look excellent. The fact is different. Rooms are clean but not well maintained. Bathrooms are in Poor condition with rust clearly visible. Hotel Receptionist is Rude and has NO in all her answers. They offer Wi-Fi but we were told that it does not work. Food in this hotel is delicious. I will not stay here ever.. This place may be good for Locals from India but it is not good for International Tourists.

I booked this hotel for my dad through Goibibo. I was initially skeptic about the hotel, as there were very little pictures online of the rooms and stuff; therefore booked the room for the first two days of a seven day stay. We reached there at around 3 pm in the afternoon on the 4th of January, and was allotted room no 106. The room was average, the bed sheets were stained in a few places and the bathroom was a little rusty. Inspite of these shortcomings, we decided to extend the booking for two more days and booked through Goibibo again. Now, the receptionist was quite unprofessional on the first day itself, but we let it go ignoring her rudeness to a 'Delhi thing'. On the second day, when my dad informed the reception that he had booked the room for two more days and won't be checking out on the third day, the hotel promptly called up Goibibo and told them to cancel the booking as they were OVERBOOKED. Immediately, they offered my dad the same room for Rs. 700 more than what we were paying Goibibo. They said that they were giving him a discount! The issue isn't of the money, but of the whole crooked mentality of the hotel, wherein they try to fleece as much money as they could from unsuspecting travelers. If the hotel were situated in a place like Paharganj or Karol Bagh, people won't pay half the amount they are charging for the rooms.…

Timley service and great hospitality with fabulous Ambience. Food is of Good quality..its total value for Money. Great venue with ultimate room service and with all up to date facility. In short its just awesome experience. I personally recommend atleast one time visit.
