Hotel is situated on Shivalik road and near to malviya nagar metro. The area is quite posh and good location. Hotel is equipped with good centralised air conditioned rooms, lift and good food.Good place to stay alone or if in need of privacy. Only con is the limited buffet breakfast. I think a little variety can be added.

The Hotel is very basic and budget hotel, strategically located in South Delhi close to Commercial Centres. Amenities are basic, rooms are neat, the staff is polite. Overall cleanliness is maintained. If you have a couple of days official work in Delhi you may want to consider it. Food is average, but there are good eateries, cafes and malls close...

It was simply very good experince. The hotel is located in a very nice locality, Staffs were welcoming, polite, helpful and attentive. while leaving the hotel fro my return journey I met the senior manger sales Mr. Ranjeet Kumar. I found him to be an excellent person. Meeting him I felt that this hotel is so good due to the fact that...

Located conveniently, this hotel is very decent. Rooms are fine, all amenities in place, toilets cold take a little more cleaning though. Food (room service) was good, served in a short time. Breakfast was ok, cold do with some improvement.

The Location of Hotel is Good, but the property is not maintained. The rooms are untidy and stinky. The wallpaper is worn out. The furniture is broken and the bathroom is also not clean. Door Locks are either broken or not functioning properly. The Complimentary breakfast served is of poor quality.

Food is really bad. And beyond overpriced. Hotel is decent and should focus on Food. And price it reasonably. Over priced coffee. Overprice tea. Overpriced water. Overpriced sandwich. I hate that. Place is decent to stay. But they should look into service.

Its a basic hotel with basic amenities. The breakfast is just fine, room service can improve. Courtesy from the front desk staff leaves a little too much to be desired. If you have to stay in/around south delhi this is a decent property to stay.

Stayed twice. Not a very good hotel but it does have promise. Located in a totally residential area of Malviya Nagar once had to stay in a windowless room! First the plus points: Comfortable bed with enough pillows, Quiet rooms. Efficient central heating. Well equipped bathrooms. Excellent free Wifi. Flatscreen TV with a large number of channels. And the longer...

Good location may be the only positive for the hotel. Seems to be a property which was once good but lack maintenance in its current avatar. White sheets which seem yellowish, peeling paint on account of moisture in the room and a somewhat laid back service. Stayed only in during the time I was asleep hence it served my purpose.

I have stayed here twice. Earlier i was given room at the ground floor and their was lot of noise created by their staff. 2nd time i took room at the 3rd floor and this time again some machine was making lot of sound in their hotel. You will find good hotels in this price anywhere in delhi.
