I am regular to various Sarovar properties and found them all most value for money.
It was the birthday of my friend and we booked this hotel for a day use only. Thanks to Mr Rajneesh at the reception counter, I got a room upgrade on my request.
The check-in was hassle free and swift.
The room was good and spacious. The only issue was that it was on the ground floor and first room of the corridor just adjacent to the lobby. It seems the corridor was a busy place as a lot of noises were getting filtered in from the corridor. Anyway, we switched on the TV to prevent ours from getting out.
The linen was spotless, as always. The bed comfort was excellent.
The food was way too pricey. We paid over 1000 for one tomato soup (tamatar and dhania ka shorba) with one plate of paneer makhni and two butter naans. The serving size of the vegetable was very small. A full plate of paneer makhni was not sufficient for even two naans.
The staff was courteous.
Well, one thing I must address is the very steep driveway to the car parking. One need to be careful while driving on such steep gradients. The valet, inadvertently burnt the clutch plate of my 14 years old corolla. Though I understand he used to drive swanky new cars and might not be experienced to handle an old gem.
Overall, a great experience and would love to enjoy the Sarovar hospitality more often.

The hotel is very near airport and hence very easily accessible. The room was also quite spacious for a family. The breakfast spread was decent.The staff were also very helpful. There are some things which can be improved. 1) The water in the washroom was just warm and just not sufficient for a morning bath on a chilly morning. We really had a lot of trouble taking a bath in lukewarm water. 2) The wifi sign on username and password not shared with guests. So whenever the link goes down you need to take devices to the reception for configuration. I did that once but then was quite an irritant. 3) The washroom in the room lacked good ventilation/drier . So we had to bear with the wet floor after usage.

Worst hotel and extremely poor service. We stayed in a suit room with no air-conditioning working and bo hot water in the bathroom and rooms is not cleaned as well.We have complained 3-4 times to the management staff but no one is listing and not able to solve the problem. I will never stay again in any of sarovar hotels.

I am reaching out to all the reviewer on an urgent issue and to bring your attention regarding our guest accommodation for 2 night stay. The hotel has informed our guest that, due to overbooking, he must stay at a different hotel on the check in date evening. This situation is particularly concerning for our esteemed guest as he is VVIP of a company, and it is quite unacceptable for such an oversight to occur with this property.
Furthermore, the alternative hotel provided has already a very poor reviews and it is especially disheartening considering our guest travelling with his wife. The hotel Taurus Sarovar Portico Hotel had shamelessly asked our guest to return to the hotel (Taurus Sarovar Portico Hotel) the next day morning for breakfast only to check back in the afternoon. This indicates a significant lack of reconfirmation regarding the booking.
I am sharing my experience and my deep disappointment regarding after what transpired during my stay, my guests and his wife were left feeling frustrated and dissatisfied with the level of service that they received. It is disheartening to note that the service was not only inadequate but also that higher management appears to be avoiding communication. Our attempts to reach out via calls and emails have gone unanswered, which is unprofessional and concerning.
Given these circumstances, I feel it is important to inform others about my experience. I would strongly advise anyone considering a stay at this hotel (Taurus Sarovar Portico Hotel) to think twice, as the service does not meet the standards one would expect.

There are problems of blockages in toilets which one never expects after spending so much.
The linen seems to be old and used.
Room service is mostly lip service. They will not move till pushed.
The spread for meals is excessively spicy with very Ltd options. A non veg breakfast in non veg because they serve only egg and not chicken.
Location is good and in proximity to airport.
No mobile coverage inside hotel.
They will keep cancelling ur wifi access of hotel wifi every other day till u walk up and get it renewed.
Overall it does not seem to be value for money considering the cost they are charging.

1. The rooms are smaller in size. 2. Windows in the rooms are kept closed permanently. 3. The menu in the buffet is very much limited. If you're checking in due to an emergency, please never book meal with them. They even do not have serving sense. Better to have meal from outside. 4. No packaged mineral water provision in the room as it is provided in almost all the hotels. 5. The towells provided in the washrooms had cut marks which is never expected of a hotel.
Only good point is that the location is near to the airport but they need to work really hard to improve the service. I will give 1 star out of 5.

Though the property needs lots of improvements in maintainance & upkeep of the but staffs are even better than the hotel. Hotel should change the policy to make the in-house guests to pay immeditely instead of final payment at check-out. This habit is little problematic and you need to pay every time even you order tea or anything.
My sincere thanks to Front office staffs like- Arslan, Atul, Rakshay, Sales & Mrktng staff Chandan, F&B staffs- Gulshan, Jha & others, Houkeeping staff Ajay etc for their support & hospitality. These staffs are an asset to the hotel.

Stayed here on the last night of our classical India tour with Tui. This was not a nice place. Our room was dirty, there were no windows, pillows and duvet badly stained, Mold round bath, no hot water, air con not working. We went to reception to ask to change room, lots of people were complaining. The buffet was not on despite several guests having paing for half board and the bar was not open. Only thing that you could get to drink was coffee or water. We asked to change rooms this took over an hour to arrange. Manager moved us to a room that was only slightly better, took another hour to get someone to fix the hot water then it was only warm and only enough for one shower. Air con still not working. When we said we'd have to accept the room but werent happy and would be contacting Tui for a refund he laughed. We didn't dare look under the pillow cases and duvet cover. The spare pillow in the wardrobe was damp, moldy and badly stained so we slept in our clothes and put a jumper over the pillow. Woke up this morning to no hot water again. So both had cold showers Went reluctantly to breakfast buffet - worried if there was no hot water in rooms was it the same for the kitchen. Nothing was labeled, the hot tea was cold. We were offered omelette and toast but soon after it came we saw one of the staff in the restaurant picking his nose, sniffing and clearing his throat which made me feel sick.

Not worth a penny,completely what pictures shown in trip advisor are all very old,property needs a complete make more specially the rooms.
Front Desk person who was in the night was very rude, we tool 1 room for 2 nights, very expensive in the same rate you will get better brands in delhi near airport,feels like full team is looting guest.
Breakfast was also limited for the amount they charged it was too low.
Reception area is clean, lobby and first floor is good and spacious.
Cake shop or pastry near the Reception is always closed for different excuses.
All please avoid using this property.
Also I wanted to meet the GM but front desk person was not so eager to do so.
