Nanee suites is a budget hotel with very good food..though breakfast has limited choice..but dinner was excellent. Staff Needs a bit grooming.rooms are pretty clean..was bit disappointed to see the wash quality of towels..which were no where near to white.

I stayed here during my medical travel to Apollo Hospital. The hotel has a special rate for Apollo patients and the hospitality was felt at home. The front desk has English speaking attendants who go the extra mile to help you.

Stayed at the hotel with the family for 2 nights, clean, nice rooms, nice bathroom, comfortable bed and very comfortable air conditioning system. Only 1 minor issue was that there was a bit of a dust though not visible but somehow the dust particles were getting on to the clothes. However very minor issue and since I did not report I would ignore it. Rooms are well maintained and service is good.

Even though it was all booked and paid for through our corporate booking desk we were constantly asked for cash, cahs for transport that was already paid for, cash for laundry rather than billing it to the room. The rooms were grubby, the phone in the bathroom was black with dirt and the white towels were grey. The floors both in the room and the lobby needed cleaning and the hotel driver took us on two stops before taking us to our destination. When we looked in the mini bar there was a half eaten bar. First Impression was the Reception Staff named "Govind" he was continuously staring indecently wich made me very conscious. 2nd Incident: My friends had come to see me, the reception staff did not allow them in my room even after requesting that I had only 5 mins work with my friends... The reception staff said its their Hotel Policy that only the Check In Guests can enter the Room. 3rd Incident: A day before check out I had requested that I will be doing a late check out and they had agreed on it. On the day of check out the reception staff calls me at 12.30 and asked me to check out now or they will charge me half day's charge extra. They said we are sorry for the inconvenience but the Manager is not allowing for late check out. These people focus on making money rather than customer service. The room service staff are more sensible and helpful than the reception staff and the manager.

We would like to mention that we follow very strict guidelines and principles at Nanee, one of which is that non-resident guests of the customer are not allowed to enter the customer's room. This is to ensure safety of other customers staying at Nanee. Also we have a standard policy of check out at 12 noon but informed you that we can allow a late check out till a maximum of 2 PM. And as per policy the front office executive mentioned to charge half day which is also standard procedure. But we did not charge you as it was our internal miscommunication. As a business we are looking to satisfy customers. Making money is an outcome of our commitment to that promise. We assure you that we will take all Inputs and work to improve ourselves and offer even better service. I stayed in the hotel for a night. Experienced good service. Neat and clean hotel with all required amenities like AC, LED TV, mini refridgerator, hot n cold water, wardrobe and toiletories. The veg restaurant serves tasty food. The road side rooms are noisy due to heavy traffic.

I was booked to stay at this property in November, along with 2 of my colleagues who had checked in a day prior. However despite a confirmation which even showed in my phone calendar, the property cancelled my reservation perhaps because a guest decided to extend their stay (is what I was told). It was past 8pm and I was left without a room. The check in clerk was completely unhelpful, there was no manager available and the person who had confirmed the reservation refused to answer his phone after accepting the first call; his battery was conveniently low or dead after that! I wouldn't recommend this property at all.

This time my experience with the hotel was worst, i have stayed here like 5-7 times but the quality is decreasing day by day.
Starting with looks, hotel looks good from outside and had very fe facilities which included just the pool table.
Coming to the room, it dint feel like staying at 4 star hotel. -Lights were very dim in the room. -Tea kettle was not working in the socket it was to be inserted. -Sockets near bed were not working, had to keep phone on charging but then there was only one socket in room working. -Hot water as not coming, had to call them and after 20Mins it got fixed. Got late in morning -After hot water started coming, lights went off and were off for around 45 mins. We dont expect this from 4 star hotel that the generator was not there.
Overall it was not the stay we were looking forward to. Buffet breakfast was though very good, Enjoyed that.
Please improve the services as they were before.

We stayed at Nanee Suites for 6 nights whille visiting Apollo hospital. The proximity to the hospital was a huge advantage. It is located in a safe neighborhood and near Living Style Mall which had relatively good cheap meals. Meals could be delivered to the rooms. The staff was very responsive and never once demanded a tip. Wifi though a bit slow was available and free. Breakfast was free too though only vegetarian meals are prepared. The ambience was very nice and the rooms very clean. Rooms have mini fridges and kettles. Hot water is available 24hours a day. Satellite Tv with many international channels was available. There was a decent lounge, pool table and lift. Their attention to detail was impressive. Many of the staff could speak English. The only downside was that we negotiated for a discount and got one but when checking out, the receptionist insisted that we agreed on another figure. I'd suggest that you get a written commitment at check in. Despite this I would gladly stay here again and would recommend to anyone visiting Delhi to stay at Nanee Suites.
