The hotel is located in Mayur vihar colony extension road and it is lonesome and quiet at night. The rooms are big and spacious with almost all basic amenities and services applications. The staff is friendly and enthusiastic about their roles and do complete justice there. The breakfast service is very good too with a wholesome spread and delicious food. The Gym and the gym trainers are the highlights of this property. Certainly not to be missed. The swimming pool is very good and is full of bright views of the city skyline. A highly recommended stay except for a few pointers the hotel needs renovation as it is looking old and stale. The frontal view is bland and there is no light or signage there. Otherwise all good.

We just completed a family stay at IIDL Suites in Mayur Vihar, Delhi and I wanted to give my review. Having read other reviews on Google and GoIbibo, I was a bit skeptical in booking this.
But having stayed there for 3 nights, I was pleasantly surprised.
We booked in the Studio Suites, which are fully equipped with a Kitchenette and a Washing Machine, which is very ideal for families planning for long stay.
The check in was very smooth and our rooms were ready as per schedule.
The hotel allows food delivery from outside without any hassle.
Their housekeeping too is very accommodating in replacing items as you request, without any hassle.
Their in room Dining options too are great and have a great variety.
Also I would like to appreciate their Front Desk Staff and the Manager. We had to cut short our trip due to some medical emergency and since we had pre booked and paid our stay, we were not sure, whether they will refund the amount or not. But after having a word with our booking portal, they promptly agreed to refund the amount.
Overall we had a great experience and would recommend this place for anyone looking for a pleasant family stay in Delhi.

Dirtiest place to stay, the rooms and corridors are filled with smoke smell. We changed two rooms to beat the smell but no luck, you are bound to breathe small the foul air.
The curtains in the room seem so dirty to even look, they are not washed since hanged. To my horror, the curtains had blood stains.
The washroom had worst of pungent smell as if a dead animal was rotting.
The walls of the room had a wall paper which had accumulated dust literally shedding on the bed below.
And finally their buffer breakfast, unhygienic...stale...unhealthy....incompetent chef. They served stale cut fruits everyday, all their dishes were soaked in oil, basic lassi and chach preparation was also horrible. We ensured to eat only boiled eggs and banana to save ourselves.

Before our vacation started at Fraser suites, New Delhi, we knew that the apartment will offer us comfort and privacy. That was precisely the reason behind booking a one bedroom apartment at Fraser suites that are ideal for long stays. The apartment model is laden with facilities including a working kitchen, washing machine and extra room for storage. There's ample cupboard space in addition to a walk-in closet area and a second bathroom.
Additionally, the services have been impeccable. We could not have imagined the scale of warmth, care and love that the staff showered on us. It was an absolute bliss to be greeted by all those smiling faces with an unwavering spirit to help us out. Mr. Birender, from room service, was thoroughly enterprising, ensuring that the apartment was spick-and-span each day. With a warm smile, he ensured that our stay was comfortable and catered to our requirements. At Epicure, we were treated like family. Every morning, Mr. Sunil would ensure us a nice and cozy spot to relish the wonderful breakfast buffet. He was kind enough to have fresh, hot tea prepared for us once we were done with our breakfast; he had taken the effort to remember that we enjoyed our tea immediately after breakfast. At dinner, Mr. Anand and Mr. Neeraj treated us with utter care; making sure we were well fed and enjoying the food. Mr. Anand would also delight us with chocolate nutties, specifically prepared for us. Whilst I wasn't feeling well, they offered to serve us other options per our convenience. We were so happy and content with the service that we invited our family and friends for lunch at Epicure. And that was a success! Thank you to team Fraser suites for this unforgettable experience.

Location is good. Airport, Noida, CP are quite approachable. Hotel is good. Front desk staffs are very cooperative and well behaved, namely Akash Jain, Manish Nanda, Varun and others.
Restaurant staffs namely Abhishek, Niharika, Zeeshan, & others are really very helpful in managing my diets plans. Chef is also good in his dishes.
But the major point of concerns are two.
1st. House keeping which is not upto the mark.
2nd. Gym... Now the only treadmill is not working. Equipments are outdated.
Only point of attraction are the Gym Trainers specially Satish and Shivpal. They are worth staying if you want a proper physical trainer, Guided Yoga and full body stretch.
The MD Mr. Amrendre & GM Mr. Prayag are good hosts for the Guests.

Outdated hotel, charges as they like. Per day prices quoted offline is completely off, they don’t take the online payments through bank transfer.
The management shift has really impacted the hotel functioning, nothing has kept, you’ll see the hotel mostly empty

We were here fo 3 nights and he entire stay was very comfortable.
The room,beds,breakfast,staff and the price paid was totally amazing.

Let’s start from the beginning. I had booked a one-room bedroom suite for 13.02.2021 night. At the time of check-in, initially, someone at the reception handed me a key for a studio room. When I starting walking towards my room he shouted and realised his mistake and eventually gave me the key to the bedroom suite. Thereafter when I entered the room, it was awful. It was very stinky. Firstly I thought maybe it was me but no there was something in the room which was smelling really bad like an old sock or something. Ewwww. Washroom was terrible. The jet wasn’t working, I had no option but to again request for a room change. Called up the reception and again packed my luggage to make way for a new room. Finally got a room which was again stinking. I had to eventually use scented candles to get rid of the smell. To add more never ever I have paid for drinking water no matter how good or bad the property was. None of the five stars charges for drinking water. This was so cheap of them. This place always felt like home but no more now. Highly disappointed with the services. Thanks for nothing!

I regret for the incident.I really don't know the situation happened on that day.
As per MINE is concern, any action taken by the Hotel may be due to safety and security and to maintain the reputation/standard of the Hotel.
‘There is no law that prohibits unmarried couples from staying together in hotels. Choosing to stay together is a personal choice and falls under freedom of movement, which cannot be restricted”, says senior advocate Sudha Ramalingam.Nov 25, 2014 - ‘ I found this advice howver individual hotels do seem to follow different practices and can refuse rooms at their discretion. i carried our liquor in room without any problem, even we ordered food from outside
It is around 15-20 mins away from Fraser Suites hotel and maximum it could take 30-35 mins if it's peak hour.
Whoever says 1 hour definitely does not know about Delhi and is not from Delhi.
