How do you name a feeling, which gives out positive vibes and vibrance all thru especially in these gloomy times of Covid. I was amazed to see the place bustling with people when I havemt seen a soul at other hotels nowadays.
As we are a little hesitant in travelling these days, what can be better than spending some quality time at a luxury property near to our house and in our english-english wn city without spending a bomb.
The contactless check-in was quick and simple. Temperature check and sanitization was automatic and no human touch was involved.
Restaurant,the coffee shop, Mosaic is beautiful with loads of natural light and good vibes. Service is excellent and trust me the food is superb. Chef Ashish Tiwari and his team has even specialised in creating curated menus. Be it Indian , Chinese or Continental we just loved the presentation and taste to the fullest.
The rooms are done aesthetically and bathrooms are spic and sparkling.
The efforts put into the whole operations can be very well seen in each and every aspect of the hotel. The team at the helm is doing a great job.

The hotel is located far away from the city centre (takes you almost an hour and a half to reach downtown Delhi in peak traffic), we didn’t realise it as it’s just about 10 miles in distance, but the traffic makes it a long drive. We were a bit put off as travelling would have taken a major chunk out of our time there, having said that on arrival we by JayVeer , a wonderful man who understood our concern, and in the evening helped us work out our excursion in such a way that we could cover more of the places in the time that we had at our disposal. He shared some interesting facts and stories about the city, we recommend you strike a conversation with him if you’re staying there as he is quite knowledgeable and had loads to share. They have a comfortable SUV at the hotel that takes you around the city and the chauffeurs speak and understand English well. The buffet spreads offer a variety of food, and tastes amazing. The staff takes great care of guests staying with them, even the restaurant staff is ever smiling. A young and attentive lady (Did not catch her name but she wore spectacles) checked us out early morning and had a wide smile on her face even during those wee hours! The services provided by the staff is a testament to the hotels success, even though it’s location is a bit far from the city’s attractions.

The hotel is situated near a main commercial complex in Rohini near a lot of malls. The hotel takes care of all sanitation protocols. Our car was sanitized and temperature taken at entrance through contactless thermometer. The checkin process was smooth and all the features of our offer were clearly explained. As part of Covid protocol all touch point items have been removed by the hotel. But the guest services promptly gives you whatever you need. The food in Mosaic was excellent and here also due to Covid protocol there was no buffet but service on the table. Overall a great place to stay. Please note that the swimming pool and spa are currently not operational.

This is one of the best hotel in rohini. We were greeted warmly and our luggage was sanitized at entrance and doorman offered us assistance. I must appreciate Kartika and rishabh at front desk who have assisted with quick check in . We had the pleasure of staying here for three nights, both at the beginning and end of our visit to India and it was a wonderful welcome to Indian hospitality. The rooms were lovely and the reception staff, particularly sakshi and sanya demonstrated true customer service especially when they arranged a birthday cake at short notice for one of our party. The breakfasts were the best we had in India and dinner was also excellent. All the staff were excellent by providing special Indian dishes to try and remembering our coffee preferences (or drink preferences for the boys) particularly virendra and anil. Special mention to deepak who was so welcoming and provided the best service we have ever experienced in a hotel. He is a credit to the hotel

I stayed in Crowne Plaza Rohini for around 12 days with my family. Entire experience was excellent, the property and the service excels in all areas whether it is room dining, service punctuality, going out of the way to assist the patrons, overall hygiene & adhering to corona protocols.
Property ensures round the clock sanitisation and frequently disinfects the lobby and common areas including checking of tempreture levels of the guests.
Special shoutout to the security head Mr C P Dubey and doormen Mr Santosh Chaudhary who went out of the way to assist our family in case of late night medical emergency, could not thank them more for their help and constantly checking up on us to make sure we were okay and safe.
Chef Sundar and his team also ensured that we get the required customisations in the dishes we ordered for my elderly parents who have dietary restrictions.

Beautiful clean and well presented hotel, friendly staff, and excellent food choices for breakfast. Full security entry to hotel. Minimal noise from street. Perfume in hallways was a bit synthetic and overpowering. Spa treatment was mediocre and I didn’t get what I paid for. Given the high security and star rating of the hotel I would expect ID to be checked when asking for a room key, one day I went up and asked for a key, they asked which room number and gave me a key - didn’t even confirm my name which made me feel a little unsafe (finding this a bit in India though).

You have to pass the front desk to get to the lifts. So I would just do it and keep walking. No one checks keys or anything as a key is needed for the elevator.
I don’t know the answer to your question. You would have to ask Crowne Plaza direct. I do know of a married couple with different surnames in our group that we not questioned.
The hotels that allow only couples to share the room say so in so many words. But Crown Plaza doesnt say so.
Yes, as far as i know, they allow 2 adults to stay with their respective photo ids.
There are more places to choose from in the New Delhi area.
