It is the best hotel in Delhi. The reception service led by Akash Verma is excellent, helpful, caring and delightful. I arrived early in the morning around 1 am, but the reception staff was fresh and active, especially Akash Verma. It was such a relief to get proper sleep in clean bedroom with a breath taking bath tub with luxurious fittings! Icing on the cake was room service by Ram Sevak, every day of my stay, my room remained spotless and hygienic because of this great man who cleaned with a smile and a positive attitude. The food is really tasty and the chef, staff in the restaurant are a pleasure to deal with. The central office (control room) is very caring and considerate towards the guest. I forgot the amazing lady we spoke to on the switch board who helped us with the check out timing. Believe me it made all the difference to our stay. We could sleep, rest before our long flight to Australia. The only thing for improvement is the Porter service. The Porter should make sure they spray deodorant and not suggest expensive taxi to foreigners.

Perfect service from the staff who made our stay very comfortable. Room was quiet and we did not hear any noise from guests in next room. Bed and pillows are very comfortable. We slept well. We ate in all the restaurant areas over our week stay - all had good quality food and service. We enjoyed the extensive breakfast buffet. We had no stomach issues, as can happen to tourists who eat in lower quality places. We highly recommend this hotel.

I had the pleasure of staying at the Crowne Plaza Okhla lately, and I have nothing but praise for it! The sleek style and friendly atmosphere struck me as soon as I walked in. The welcoming and helpful personnel made me feel like at home, and they made the check-in process go smoothly.
My accommodation was well-appointed, roomy, and spotlessly clean. It had a cozy bed and a breathtaking view of the downtown skyline. After a demanding day of meetings, it offered the ideal refuge. I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights on a business trip.
The hotel is on the side road of a busy highway, and is in an industrial area with nothing interesting around. There is a green open area across the highway, facing the entrance. Otherwise this is a drab location.
The interior is clean but mostly dark, with long, carpeted & musty corridors. The rooms are a little better - they are of an average size, sufficient to accomodate a king size bed, desk and a small couch with very little extra space. The bathroom is of a good size. There is was a small TV, a small area with tea & coffee supplies and a small wardrobe. I paid for a larger room and was disappointed that it turned out to be of an average size. The staff told me that all rooms are of the same size. The pictures on the hotel's website are extremely misleading (one expects them to be different but in this case the difference was extreme).
The bed was soft and I am still recovering from some back pain. The bathroom has a bathtub and a stall shower; it is equipped with basic items like toothbrush; I don't remember seeing a shaving kit. They are pretty stingy with towels, tea & coffee supplies, but quite generous with water bottles. Housekeeping isn't very good - they don't clean the room & bathroom well.
My room also had lounge access; this turned out to the the one & only restaurant on the 1st floor. The lounge access included Indian liquor in the evening, within some time. They also serve breakfast in the same restaurant. Breakfast was below average in terms of selection as well as quality (compared to other 5 star hotels in the same price range).
This is a gloomy hotel in a sad location, with a high price tag. I will probably not be staying here again, given the choice in the area.

Two night stay at the beginning of our tour in Rajasthan, modern style hotel with spacious and clean rooms equipped with every comfort. Breakfast and dinner up to the standards of the chain with a wide choice of dishes, especially local cuisine. Service is phenomenal here but the rooms could really use some updating and re-tiling. The staff is the highlight however. We felt welcomed by everyone and whatever request we made to the chef at the breakfast and dinner buffet, they accommodated. DOA service was great too! The room just needs some remodeling especially in the bathroom and housekeeping forgot to provide towels after cleaning in both our room and the kids room.

The staff were courteous and provided excellent service throughout my stay. I particularly enjoyed the spa and fitness center, which were well-maintained and provided a perfect way to relax after a day of sightseeing. The only downside was the occasional noise from the nearby road, but it was manageable. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Delhi.
