Saket B&B is an beautiful and elegant stays available in south delhi area, breakfast buffet goes on till noon, cordial staff and very professional. It's located in an residential area, but all the stores & metro are in a proximity of 10-15 min walk.
Ideal for the busy businessman to stay over for the night and relax for the next day heavy schedule. Friendly staff and great Indian Breakfast to start the day. Very comfortable rooms and in close proximity to the city
A very good base from where to explore, although in a residential area, which I liked, it is close to metro, taxis and walking distance to mall and also small market area with a few shops and cafes. Rooms provide everything you need - comfy bed, hot water, tv and wifi, heating and aircon. Owners and staff are delightful, dinner (on request) is delicious home cooked food. Good breakfast served at communal table where I enjoyed intersting conversations with other guests. Safe location and staff very helpful with info and advice. Family live here too.
Lovely Bed and breakfast in Saket district, South Delhi. Big comfortable rooms, with modern, clean bathrooms with showers. Owner Sonu was always present to advise, and answer any questions. Break was lovely, Lunch and dinner are also available on request. Very helpful staff. Located about 1.4km for the DLF Mall and close to PVR cinema and restaurants. Sonu and his staff went out of their way to make my stay comfortable. Lovely place to stay at as a base whilst travelling in India. They offer a luggage storage option as well. thank you Saket bed and Breakfast, I truly enjoyed my stay.
Great staff, very attentive, and courteous. Quiet, clean rooms, and a great breakfast. They will pack a lunch for you before you leave for the day! You can order dinner as well. Metro is close by - only a short walk. Close to shopping mall and other attractions.
Close to public transport , excellent host and very attentive staff- what more can you ask in for in a place to stay in New Delhi. Housekeeping standards were well above average. The complimentary breakfast is outstanding particularly for Indians. The one dinner we had in the restaurant was also well above average , with the chapatis scoring outstanding and an excellent chicken curry. Kudos to Anand and Deepak for ensuring the high standards that they are currently maintaining in this ideally located, spacious B&B
The Saket offers decent size rooms and beds with all the amenities. Staff are friendly and available to meet your needs. The only downside is the perpetual traffic noise. You do need to wear the ear plugs provided if you want a decent night sleep.
A lovely quaint place to stay whilst in Delhi. The rooms are large and spacious and breakfast is lovely. Although not in the centre of Delhi, the bed and breakfast is close to the Saket metro station and many cars / tuktuks are nearby.
Anand and all his staff are wonderful and welcoming. we stayed there twice during our month long trip in India. love the communal dining, option of evening meal, spacious rooms. we had a driver so did not use the metro which is nearby. Met some lovely fellow travellers from all over the world. don't stay in an international brand hotel with no character stay here !!!!
My friends and I stayed at Anand's place for four nights in 2/18. Pros: It is clean, the staff is attentive, and it is in a great safe area of town. Major con: The private bathroom for my room. First, it had an open air vent that was adjacent to the guest bathroom on that floor. It was very awkward when I went to use the restroom, and someone else was using the guest bathroom (it was a co-worker, which made it even more awkward). It was like we were in stalls next to each other and did not offer any sense of privacy. (Thank goodness no one had Delhi belly at that point!) I wish Anand could fix this to give more privacy. The fan in the restroom blows in outdoor air, and it smelled horribly of garbage. I notified Anand, and he told me not to turn the fan on. The problem is that the fan is a light switch on the wall next to the other light switches and is not labeled, and so you don't know you are turning it on, until after you do! It was a horrible smell, and prohibited me from being able to use the washroom/shower until the smell dissipated. I believe Anand was going to look into fixing the problem, though. Summary--it was a clean place...could maybe use a few extra "soft" touches to make it feel more homey. (I would love to help a little with the decor!) Anand was kind, though, and seemed interested in knowing any issues we had. I would consider staying there again, but would also look at other possible options. …
