Highly reccomended, amazing ambience, superb hospitality, very coperative staff..the moment i told them, its our bday today, they brought complimentary flowers, cake, and a basket of fruits and drinks for us.. The owner was very helpful, and she treated us really well, she made sure, we had a great time in their movie room... The movie room is their best room... I booked little cave by mistake online, but the owner allowed us to enjoy Jacuzzi in their king cave room and upgraded us to movie room at a very nominal price... If you are looking for a different cave room experience, this one is a must go place

Stay was more of a kind of experience. Starting from the booking process, to smooth checkin, to food, to service everything went very well that we will be certainly recommending it. since its raining end of June so power went but amazed to see that at mid night also staff was very prompt to switch to backup. Thanks to the amazing hospitality we will certainly come back.

Head to "The caves" if you want to spend some quality and peaceful time with your loved ones amidst the hustling culture of Delhi, Caves by Craftels is a serene heaven that captivates the soul. The picturesque surroundings create a perfect backdrop for a peaceful escape, offering a harmonious blend of comfort and rustic charm. The attention to detail is evident in every corner, from the cozy interiors to the eco-friendly amenities. The place is quite hyped. Going through all the Google reviews I went to this place that considers itself a boutique stay. Located in the underbelly of Vasant Kunj, this place is exorbitantly expensive considering the facilities it offers. The caves don't have any of the basic facilities that you expect in a boutique hotel- No fridge, No kettle, No TV, not even any tissue papers! If they wanted the guests to have a prehistoric experience, then the delight factors should go accordingly. The only good part is few of the caves have a Jacuzzi, which one can easily get in any 5-star hotel by spending an extra 1k-2k (with all the other perks that this place is lacking). Moreover, they don't have an elevator so you'll have to use the stairs even for the 5th floor. And there is no water pressure in the washrooms or even the flush. Plus at 8 in the morning, a terrible banging construction noise woke us up. So if you want to experience caves, just go to any archaeological cave site. I don't think this place is worth spending 5k.

I took the time to personally go through reviews, chats and check what has happened, to see if we made any errors , to learn for future guests but to also reply to you appropriately and completely. As I can see the booking is of a little cave and the platform from where you booked has all details about its amenities, property description, stairs, inclusions, add-ons etc and you agreed, ticked the box before booking and making payment. Also that you mentioned you did saw reviews and photos of Caves...so we expect that guest know what they have booked. Post some couple of hours you reach us out that room is small, "Yes" as name suggest it's a little cave. Property is boutique coz it's a hand made and Unique cave, bnb and gadget free like No TV no Elevators, In Shanti Kunj, Vasant Kunj not underbelly of it.....but we do have all basic amenities in all caves and A refrigerator, Kettle, tea bags, love making chairs etc in our other premium and Jacuzzis caves... We have designed a movie theatre also with 85inch TV for all our in house guest.... Sir we are adult, we know everything has a cost associated with it. We do all that we can often and above our term & condition to ensure our guest are Happy and satisfied. So immediately coz cave was available luckily that day we offered a free upgrade in a Jacuzzi King Cave to you. I am surprised that you didn't mentioned this anywhere in reviews. It's a small property of 5 caves variants and we call it a boutique coz it's hand crafted, coz it's a experience not a 4 wall room to go for, we don't compare it with any 1 star or 5 star , it's our guest and their experiences which make it star. We respect your feedback , thanks atleast you enjoyed Jacuzzi and will work on things that we can go for because there is always a scope of improvement but quoting that place is worth of something that you didn't paid is wrong... We would rarely consider posting a response that disagrees with our guests comments but it's our responsibility to clarify things. Avoid this property. I booked 2 rooms for my family which was a grave mistake. My aunt cannot walk stairs and was not able to access the hotel. This information was not given. Still we were not able to cancel the booking and wasted our money with this scam.
My parents had a look at the rooms and said it was pathetic, not a place where they would ever want to stay. They made a nice facade, don't get tricked by pretty pictures.

Dear Sir, regret that your family was not able to have the experience that we endeavor to deliver. All the information regarding the property is available on all digital portals and is also duly sent to all guests. Just because we couldn't offer you your demanded 100 percent refund at the last moment doesn't make the property a scam. I hope you understand it's a small enterprise with only 5 rooms issuing a refund for two rooms on the check-in day is not possible. If my aunt cannot take the stairs, I would certainly check this before booking any property for them. I still feel very apologetic about their experience and also for not having an escalator on the property. Also as a token of apology and reflection of the fact that I genuinely care about your experience, I am extending a complimentary stay for you or anyone in your friends and family. I would definitely rate this property 4.9/5 . It was a beautiful and relaxing stay at this place . I really liked their unique concept of converting rooms into caves . They have all the basic amenities with good food n staff. Couple friendly environment and comfortable rooms . They have Private jacuzzi and common movie screening zone . Go for it .

this hotel so unique, they made us feel like we are in the caves. the room that we stay in was large, they have a jaccuzi inside the room. dont ask about their hospitality, cz their hospitality is very very good. i love it, tht was very good experiences.
