The location was not good, the beds were small and short, the rooms were small. For three days, we did not have hot warm water in the shower. I will not recommend a stay in this hotel for the price, I paid.

Decent size rooms and affordable pricing. They claim to be 4 star but definitely 3 star in international standards. However, front desk is excellent and customer service is good.

Had forgotten my bag in hotel and staff couriered it immediately.

We were a group of 15 persons staying at Hotel Swaran Palace, we were supposed to stay for 1 week but had to check out on the 4th day. First of all the everyday breakfast were horrible, we requested for other foods that we could eat but unfortunately the hotel guys took us for granted. We had no option but to check out to Gulnar Hotel in Karol Bagh (one of the best). The day we checked out they insisted that we have to pay Rs 2500 for a dirty bed sheet (1 kid was ill, he vomited on it),although it is their job to change the sheet everyday but they don't. We had to call the police for that issue then they agreed to settle the bill for Rs 500. Reception staffs were not helpful and were unfriendly. There were cockroaches, insects and cigarette in the room. There was always problem with the key card.

It is not a value for money Hotel!

Swaran is a great all round boutique hotel, in centre of the middle class shopping district of Karol Bagh..Walking distance to local market, shops and restaurants. Rooms are comfortable flat bed TV, soft bed and great showers..Has a nice rooftop terrance. The food is of high quality clean and tasty. the breakfasts are also excellent with a good variety of Indian and western options.

I stayed here in the beginning of March 2015 & once again at the end of March 2015, both times the stay was excellent, i also had the chance to experience some other "larger" hotels, and i must say i prefer this smaller "boutique" hotel. The rooms are clean and comfy, the food is good and reasonably priced....the staff are there to help you in any way, unfortunately during my last stay I ate @ "spice" around the corner and got a very very bad case of Dehli Belly....food poisoning! It can be very scary to travel on your own & also be sick in a place where you know no one! The staff made sure my needs were met & I really appreciated the guys going to get fresh coconut water for me....I would recommend this hotel to anyone.....overall Dehli can be a noisy place so no matter where you stay....bring earplugs, eye mask, electrolyte tabs! Oh and the internet is free 24hrs a day, which is a he plus!

I stayed there from 18th to 20th Oct 2014. This is one of the best hotels in delhi and well under budget. The rooms are very cozy and comfortable.....especially the bathroom. You won't get a better hotel in the most happening location in delhi.....karol bagh. I visited there to shop for my wedding and the location of the hotel is perfect for that purpose.......also it is very near to karol bagh metro station.

I would love to stay there again and again....100% recommended.

I had a terrible experience staying in this hotel and its sister concern called "Taj Princess" exactly opposite this hotel location. This hotel is like 150 years old.Worst staff, worst rooms, worst toilets, worst AC's,etc etc all in very bad shape.Room service is very very poor, staff is rude and arrogant.Specially their televisions they are like purchased in early 1970's never work in all the rooms.Ac's are very noisy and beds are smelly.
Except for its location in karol bagh nothing is good. Please consider 100 times before checking in.
