we booked hotel from 22nd September 2022 to 25th September 2022. As we entered the hotel we were made to wait for half hour at reception saying room is yet to be ready as people have not checked out yet. After following up they said that now room is being cleant. Breakfast was supposed to be as part of the package but no breakfast was given. Also as we entered the room no 28 in the bathroom there is an earthing issue and so electric current was passing through the taps and toilet spray. On informing reception they totally ignored everything we said.
Room service is very poor no staff just a not so interested person at reception to cater to guest.
The only good part about the room is that it is spacious. The hotel needs to work on its service.

I had a very homely stay at Pulse Impulse in the midst of COVID-19.
Before check-in, my temperature was checked and my hand was sanitized. All staff members were cautious and wore masks.
Good service, food was not bad, and good maintenance. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay!

Good food and service.
Breakfast was good and the staff at reception had a pleasing personality and was helpful too. Cleanliness of the room, Amenities, Behavior of the staff. The housekeeping staff was good, especially with handling laundry. Overall good service.

Upon check-in, no temp check done, no hand sanitisation done, reception staff never wore mask/gloves. Food delivery guy never wore mask/gloves. Dirty linen/towels. Receptionist very rude, so was hotel owner Ms. Gopika. asked for extra money than what i booked for. No dustbins in room/bathroom. wifi didnt work, TV didn't work because they did not recharge their tata sky. room was completely different and pathetic than what i booked for. No supervisor/manager available to talk to and sort out issues. Just 1 idiot receptionist with no knowledge of anything and full of attitude. no water kept in room(not even normal water) to drink. Receptionist denied to give me a proper food bill with GST.

This is certainly one if the most horrible hotels you can think of staying in Delhi. The Television was not working, the heater as well as the geyser were also not functioning and the room service asked me to adjust. At 12.00 midnight someone from the reception called up to find out if there's any extra person staying with me! The food is expensive and tasteless. This will be the last time I would stay there.
There room was devoid of any ventilation and the lighting was very bad. The bathroom was cramped and the hotel rooms are in a very bad condition. The towels they provide are also used and old. Not worth even Rs.300.

I was sent to this hotel by MakeMytrip and FabHotels from another hotel that I had booked through them and which refused me because I was a foreigner (I was never told the first hotel refused foreigners). On the phone, everyone assured me I could get a room at Pulse Impulse. I took another taxi to get there, parliamented with the reception and eventually they refused to admit me. It was around 1:00 AM. I had to take a third taxi and find another place for the night. Welcome in Delhi!

I had a very good experience staying at this property. The staff was extremely friendly and was available at my beck and call. The food was superb and had a lot of varieties. The location of this place is just perfect , everything is in close proximity. All in all a good stay.

It was a pleasant stay with lush green gardens facing my room. Will definately make a visit again. The staff was courteous and helpful. The rooms were spacious and the property is centrally located in Delhi.

I was impressed the large rooms were clean and decorated like a home. The staff corrected the hot water issue. The staff and manager were very attentive. We also had a complementary breakfast which we were able to choose the night before. A sanctuary from the busy Delhi Streets.

My parents & sister stayed in the hotel for a night. Firstly they accommodated us with the luggage even after checkout. Secondly the housekeeping staff after our checkout came to us with the ear-rings they found in the room after we'd checked out. It was my sister's & a big thank you to the honest staff for returning them.

yes, it is safe for families too. If you are booking it with makemytrip , do not forget to collect your small make my trip kit as they do not give it by their own.
