I stayed here from 9th march to the 15th of march. this is my third visit since the last 2 years. what brings me back to this property? well first of all it is the location. nothing can beat it where location is concerned, just a couple of minutes walk to the nearest metro & a few minutes away from Shivaji Stadium Metro, where the airport express stops. So it is easy to arrive and depart using the airport express. Then comes the room. I usually stay in the large spacious suite room, which is comfortable and has all the basic amenities. The housekeeping service is good. The front desk is non intrusive. Overall this place gives me the impression of me renting an apartment in an upscale building. The security is good and this is the most safe area to actually stay. There is a bit of noise with some construction going on in the side building but I never faced any problem for the 1 week that i stayed here. If you are looking for 24 hours room service and food and beverage options in this hotel, then this is not for you. I found it really easy to step out and explore and eat in the nearby restaurants. This is central Delhi, so you have a huge choice available.
The wi fi can be a bit spotty, but when I complained about it, it was taken care of.

I don't have any complaints about the hotel. I was in India in the summer, and while many people complain about having hot water, the problem was to have cool water to take a shower :D
The taxi driver had trouble finding the place, but apparently this is VERY common in New Delhi, according to the reviews I had read, so I didn't mind, just push the driver until he stops in front of the place. The rooms had a safe and an additional sliding lock from inside, which I read is recommend – in another hotel in Delhi, with electronic keys, someone simply opened the door when I was resting in the afternoon. Again, not the first to say this, most probably not the last.
The staff was very friendly, but IMH who cares, if the rest is bad. Breakfast was just ok, one type of fruit, one type of juice, and 4 types of Indian food. It was served in the room in 2 days of my stay, perhaps because of low occupancy.
The place is walking distance from metro station, and there rickshaws less than 50 meters from the hotel, so it's very easy to go around.
I booked through hotels.com, at the end I think it was a bit expensive, but it was a safe choice for the first nights in Delhi. Like other reviewers said, unless you're an experienced back packer with very low requirements for comfort and cleanliness, don't try to go cheap in India, you will be quickly disappointed: D Another reviewer said "standards equals to 5 star hotel", that's a quite an exaggeration, but I can recommend the hotel based on comfort, cleanliness and safety; these are the major issues I value.

Booked via the net in the winter months, which happen to be season months. From a price perspective I think it was a great deal. I loved the high speed free WIFI

The hotel - rather the service apartment is in the business district, very well done and very good decor. I really liked it. The staff was helpful, though not professional, tending to be loud and immersed in themselves. But some were good.

The room had a refrigerator, a micro and stuff, so I could get my food from outside and heat it and eat it which was very convenient. The bathroom was good, though the toiletries need hell of a improvement - very low quality and sub standard stuff.

The bed was nice, though on the first day, mine was laden with stands of long hair, guess they had not changed the linen to save costs, which is a regular feature of service apartments, especially in New Delhi. However when I made this mention the management quickly changed all of it and readied the room.

The entrance is a tad risky as they an automatic sliding gate, that is controlled by a gate keeper, but in my case for all the 4 days I stayed there, he was reading the news paper or chatting or looking the other way resulting in banging the door against me or not opening it all.

The laundry too came with shirts hanging on rusty hangers. I made this mention, and the staff was prompt enough to get the laundry redone and were very apologetic.

I guess the place is new and the staff needs training. Most behave as if they are house staff and in a residential bungalow.

The breakfast was not very good, very basic, usually cold and if 5 people came there was no place to sit. Also the used plates etc were piled right outside the entrance of the dining room which is in the basement. With whatever the breakfast available for 3 days I had a great and very helpful attendant and on one day, a sleepy fellow, who was busy watching cricket on TV and seemed least bothered about the empty buffet.

Nevertheless, great place, very niche and private, will to stay there again and again. Though I sincerely hope that the management puts trained and qualified staff or at least coaches them for professional behavior.

Great location on a quiet street near connaght and Janpath, still this hotel seems over priced. The room was clean and comfortable, but if you are not affraid of the crowded, noisy, colorful Pahar Gange area, you can get the same quality hotel for a third of the price.
Especially annoying was how much they over charged for a taxi to the airport. In fact twice as much as I was asked to pay 2 weeks later through another hotel.

The place is hidden so you have to be determine to find it. The hotel room was nice but the couch was clearly stained with many mystery spots. Not a big deal but noticeable. The wifi worked, breakfast was included and nice location. We left the room to tourist for the day and the staff came in and ate food out of the trash bin- the only reason we noticed is because they left the banana peels on the coffee table. Okay. Then we were quoted one price for the room but then it was raised upon check out. Next, we were told we had to pay in cash but when we didn't have that much in cash it turns out we could pay with a card. The price was raised again because it's soo expensive to pay with plastic. Then they called a taxi for us with no working AC. All in all, I would not return. Pity.

We stayed at this place for a night. The hotel is conveniently located - very close to Cannaught Circus. We were booked at a suite and this was very well decorated including a kitchenette. We did not have food (not sure if they have a restaurant) and left early morning.

The service requires serious focus. For example, we wanted to have a bed made for our daughter (charged in the room) and could no tget this done after an hour's effort at night. At some point, the sole service boy brought some wet blanket covers to lay the bed!

It may be good for long term business stay .. but will not recommend for short leisure stay.

This is not your usual hotel, instead it is more of a private apartment discreetly located in a prime location. Just a few minutes walk to the nearest metro. If you like the hustle and bustle of Delhi, then Connaught Place is the place to be, everything well located around you. I stayed for 1 week at the suite which is a bedroom, which is partitioned off from a small seating area and a small pantry area at the entrance. The room was clean and well kept. The breakfast was average and I skipped it most days. But what I liked most was the feel of the place. It was like renting a private apartment in a residential building with good security.

not a bad place besides this noise but it becomes like chinese water torture after 2 days
also went for breakfast the 1st day here and it was rubbish had to share a small space with a guy having a loud skype conversation in front of me very annoying but hey thats india for you no understanding of personal space!!!!! enjoy

We had Group bookings for Apartment 52 and had around 9 rooms for our delegation. The location is so central in cp, just behind park hotel, close to metro station markets like cannaught place, karolbagh, lajpatnagar.
Nicely decorated rooms. Security is excellant , breakfast excellant, STAFF very helpful especially the Manager. Mr. Baljit singh is helpful ,co-operative and extremely caring .

IMPROVEMENT DESIRABLE

kITCHEN TIMINGS to extend beyond 9.30 pm to atleast 11 pm

The Menu card offers very few dishes , the hotel needs to subtantially increase variety and number of dishes though whatever is available here is prepared well.
