The location of the hotel is great. Although it is a budget hotel, the rooms were of appropriate size. But the rooms could have been maintained better.
The couch was covered in dust. The mini bar was put there for display only (not working, door not opening fully). Even the shower in the bathroom was broken.
The check in process was not smooth as well. We were asked to wait as we reached there earlier than our check in time, which was understandable. But the guests who reached just 10-15 mins after us were given rooms. And on inquiring, we came to know that the rooms are all ready and empty and were still made to wait for 45-60 mins.
The restaurant, in contrast, had good food. This hotel is a good place to stay if the management pays a little more attention to the maintenance.

Though it was a short stay, I find hotel was good, in terms of location, room service and cleanliness. There are options available for in room dinning, Though the menu price is little higher but friendly staff. Its 5 minutes walk from Kalkaji metro station.

We booked through booking.com and paid around $100 AUS for the room. At this price I was hoping for a better experience. The room was spacious and quite clean however the sheets were stained and off white which is off putting. As I have stayed in very budget places in India I am used to seeing this but certainly expected more from a pricier hotel. Staff were pleasant but not as friendly as could be. The breakfast was sufficient but limited choice. If I hadn't had paid so much for the room my expectations wouldn't have been so high. We only stayed 1 night before we flew to our next destination so it did the job. We slept well and the bed was actually softer than many I've experienced in India.

The hotel is in prime location of South Delhi. Excellent room service and restaurant. The food is exquisite. Do try some pasta here. The rooms are spacious, clean and hygienic. If you are looking for a good budget hotel in South Delhi then you can stay at this hotel.

We four friends were on a 4 days trip to explore Delhi. Staying in Orion added well as rooms were clean, the service were on time and on top everything was there that ensures comfortability. We received timely cab services as well whenever required.

It was short weekend stay with family and liked the services offered by hotel. Hotel staff, food is all good. If anyone is looking for a short staycation in the city should definitely choose this hotel.

The photos make the hotel look relatively clean, this was extremely deceptive in reality. The bathroom in particular was filthy!! Im not even going to attempt to describe the the dirtly sights behind the toilet seat and underneath the sink.....it was just absolute filth!! The bed frame was filled with dust.
Our room couldnt be cleaned unless we were there in person, apparently their security cameras were not working, this was very inconvenient.we got to witness how they clean the rooms.... they did not use any professional cleaning agents, just took a towel to wipe the bathroom...... no wonder everything looked so dirty.
The staff were extremely unhelpful and had terrible attitude with no sense of customer service. I would not expect service at such a poor level from any hotel.
On a positive note, the two security guards at the front were really nice and so sweet! They were very genuine.

Low Budget Hotel for family stay at a decent location. Cleanliness is fair enough and staff is courteous. Easily approachable road however for Breakfast you have to go to a neighboring hotel as buffet is served outside the hotel which might be inconvenience.

It is not worth the money spent on. We could stay at a better place for the price we paid (4000rps) or lesser price for that place. Seems like a new place just got taken over with staff confused with what needs to be done (in that case, don't charge over the priced if staff and management is still at learning stage).
We specifically asked for quiet room away from lifts and store rooms and they put us exactly opposite the store room. Staff were going in and out, locking and unlocking giant padlock on the door waking us up every 15-20mins throughout the night. There is nothing interesting about breakfast either. Selection is minimal so just go out and have your breakfast.
The only thing good is the chef's food for dinner.

This hotel is really soo beautiful. From outside to inside all part is really awesome. Beautiful accommodation beautiful rooms.House keeping stuff are extremely fast,efficient and helpful.Service and food quality are amazing.And their behavior marvelous.I love this hotel. Will come here again..
