Though it was a short stay, I find hotel was good, in terms of location, room service and cleanliness. There are options available for in room dinning, Though the menu price is little higher but friendly staff. Its 5 minutes walk from Kalkaji metro station.

The hotel is in prime location of South Delhi. Excellent room service and restaurant. The food is exquisite. Do try some pasta here. The rooms are spacious, clean and hygienic. If you are looking for a good budget hotel in South Delhi then you can stay at this hotel.

We booked through booking.com and paid around $100 AUS for the room. At this price I was hoping for a better experience. The room was spacious and quite clean however the sheets were stained and off white which is off putting. As I have stayed in very budget places in India I am used to seeing this but certainly expected more from a pricier hotel. Staff were pleasant but not as friendly as could be. The breakfast was sufficient but limited choice. If I hadn't had paid so much for the room my expectations wouldn't have been so high. We only stayed 1 night before we flew to our next destination so it did the job. We slept well and the bed was actually softer than many I've experienced in India.

Very bad experience. Location is OK but hygiene and service levels are pathetic. Hotel management should look into these issues. Rooms on first floor especially are in bad shape with mold in many places.

The photos make the hotel look relatively clean, this was extremely deceptive in reality. The bathroom in particular was filthy!! Im not even going to attempt to describe the the dirtly sights behind the toilet seat and underneath the sink.....it was just absolute filth!! The bed frame was filled with dust. Our room couldnt be cleaned unless we were there in person, apparently their security cameras were not working, this was very inconvenient.we got to witness how they clean the rooms.... they did not use any professional cleaning agents, just took a towel to wipe the bathroom...... no wonder everything looked so dirty. The staff were extremely unhelpful and had terrible attitude with no sense of customer service. I would not expect service at such a poor level from any hotel. On a positive note, the two security guards at the front were really nice and so sweet! They were very genuine.…

The hotel was pretty average and located in a congested area. We booked the hotel based on the reviews but were very disappointed. Service was very slow and we had to repeatedly ask for things. Many items on the menu were not available in the restaurant. Restaurant staff have no knowledge and don't seem to understand when you ask for anything. Very few staff at restaurant who are basically freshers out of college with no hotel experience. Everything we ask them, they say they need to check with the supervisor. No reception or front office as such. You either need to stand around or wait in the restaurant. Very average breakfast. Definitely not suitable for a holiday. The only saving grace was that the room and bathroom were clean. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone on a holiday.…

Low Budget Hotel for family stay at a decent location. Cleanliness is fair enough and staff is courteous. Easily approachable road however for Breakfast you have to go to a neighboring hotel as buffet is served outside the hotel which might be inconvenience.
