The hotel is nice, rooms are clean and maintained. Staff is helpful and food is also good. Location of hotel is also nice, few minutes walk from R K Ashram metro station. There is a market just outside the hotel which is an added advantage.

I stayed here one night immediately after a very long international flight. Was extremely tired and in great need of a good sleep. The bed was comfortable and clean and room fairly quiet considering its location, and I was hopeful of a restful night. I was travelling with family who were in a room on an upper floor however there were no other rooms available for me except on the ground floor. The staff were extremely noisy well into the night and made no attempt whatsoever in keeping the noise levels down. They were chatting and loudly in the foyer very close to my room until well after 1 am. I had to be up at 4.30 am for a train and did not receive the sleep I desperately needed. I would not stay there again.

I visited the hotel for a business trip to Delhi. The hotel is at a prominent location so finding out is easy and accessible. Ola/ Uber rides are available. The hotel also provides pickup and drop services to airport on request from customer. The rooms are clean and neat and the bathroom too. Seems to be renovated recently so makes stay better. The Manager Mr Abhishek is very cooperative and has gone out of his way to help me with any issues I faced even with respect to the area and finding places. The complete hotel staff is very humble and did not give me any chance to complain. Overall an excellent hotel to stay and highly recommended.

Located just 2 mins walking distance from R K Mission metro station & 10 mins walking distance from New Delhi Railway station, this affordable hotel provides absolute value for money. Rooms are clean with all basic facilities like refrigerator, AC, TV, electric kettle etc. Beds are comfortable with clean lenin. Washroom is very clean. Hot water is available 24×7. A very cooperative staff, specially Mr Abhishek who is an absolute gentleman. Really had a memorable time. Highly recommended for a comfortable and peaceful stay

The hotel Carlo castle Abhishek the guy who sits in reception is so well behaved they respond to your problems quickly. Room is small. Bathroom is small. Mattress is not good. These problems need to be addressed by the owner itself as staff can't do anything for small bathroom and bad quality mattress. Overall staff behaviour was really good especially Abhishek

I stayed in Karlo Kastle for 3 days during my Delhi visit and my experience was really amazing there. It’s just walkable distance from RK Ashram metro on one side and New Delhi railway station on the other side . Just in front of the hotel there is a cafe shop. Do try their coffee. The experience in the hotel was really good and whatever I requested was immediately addressed by the hotel staffs. Manager Sujeet(if I remember the name correctly) was really helpful with all his suggestions about where to go, how to plan your Visit. I suggest anyone who wishes to stay near Paharganj can give this hotel a try without any second thought.

I feel like home in Karlo hotel and more important Abhishek and other staff dealing is great no one like him, Thanks for your lovely cooperation. I recommend to live in this hotel for everyone. Location is easily approachable, Moreover hotel is very clean and have it's own restaurant.
