We had a great experience at the Bloomrooms. It is located down a quiet street off a main road near to Connaught Place. The hotel is in an excellent location to explore the city. Rooms were clean and breakfast was great. Staff were friendly and helpful
Great boutique hotel, centrally located, very well managed, VERY CLEAN, with great access to the Metro & other modes of transport, at a VERY good price. Staff are well trained with well defined SOPs in place, decent plus breakfast, decent sized rooms - does the job very well. Good & clean linen / towels too. Overall, a fantastic Value-for-money hotel at a very good location with easy access to everything. Pros: A fantastic on the feet Resident Manager / GM - Ms. Neha Rana. Very visible, inspecting all services frequently, direct interaction with all guests, handles queries/complaints head on and this makes a HUGE difference in the team ensuring that the hotel services are always up to speed. BRILLIANT effort by the Lady. Kudos to her management style! Cons: Pretty small sized bathrooms sadly. Just does the job! Given the limitations of space in the restaurant, the breakfast buffet is pushed into a corner and when there are more customers for breakfast, well, it IS a traffic jam indeed! …
Our stay was wonderful, the rooms were prim and spotlessly clean. Though, the rooms were small but the stay was extremely comfortable and luxurious with hospital of par excellence! We absolutely loved our stay. Highly recommended.
Again at Bloom hotel but this time is in New Delhi. I stayed at Bloomrooms Janpath for 4 days. It was really nice by color and so clean that's different from other hotel in India. The security guy and maid are polite and friendly. The location is easy to find. There's some restaurants around there as well.
The best hotel and the best service of everything. I thank my friend Irfan, who is in charge of the reception. He really deserves all the thanks and appreciation. Thank you very much, my friend. I hope to meet you in Canada. I advise everyone to deal directly with Irfan specifically because he will help you with everything
Hello - This is Arun from Chennai. We just happen to stay in Bloomsroom hotel for my official purpose and it was really great experience for us as we stayed as a family. All the support staffs - Mr.Irfhaan, Ms.Namisha, Mr.Ashutosh, Ms.Harish & Ms.Neha...They treated us very courteously...the morning breakfast was yummy and we enjoyed it :-).... I would like call out the staff Mr.Ashutosh, we met him in the cafe(on 22/May/22, Sun) and he was full gracious and we had a scintillating conversation! He helped to take our family picture which turned out to be one of the best family pic for us and we planned to frame it!... Also, I want to thank the staff Mr.Harish who helped in sharing the location of the hotel, when we stranded in a different location while we were returning from Taj Mahal trip, Thanks Harish for the timely help. Apart from that, Ms.Neha was so helpful with our check-out process as well. She was so calm and composed and we had a good healthy conversation about 4 pillars of life & career progression...Highly recommended for any Business/Family trip. Thanks to the entire Bloomsroom Team(Janpath, New Delhi)!... When I come to New Delhi again, I would love to stay in Bloomsroom hotel :-) :-) Cheers....…
Hotel has basic amenities. If you are looking for a cheap, safe hotel in a good location, then you will not be disappointed. The room was clean, but the bathroom was not. The front desk was helpful and courteous.
Nice enough hotel. Restaurant is really good. No issue during the stay… internet was stable, water was flowing, food was amazing, service was good, AC was effective.I booked the hotel thinking the surrounding will be serene and walkable, which is not entirely the case. Cannought Place is indeed walkable. What I liked the most was water and soda and small fridge in each floor lobby. My was worried about getting sick with water of unknown source. I felt it to be a little bit pricey compare to others hotel in the area. Ohh btw it’s 3 star hotel, not 4 which I mistakingly thought.
My stay at Bloomrooms @ Janpath had been fabulous. While booking a long stay, closer to almost 2 weeks (11 nights) I just knew that Bloomrooms would be my best bet. The entire team there is extremely helpful and is always available round the clock to assist you in case if needed. I also cannot thank Sonia Rai (Sales Lead) enough as she coordinated with me throughout my booking process and even post my stay ensured to check-in if my stay went good or not. The rooms are very thoughtfully crafted and they've made use of all the available spaces in the best possible manner. The common spaces have got hot/cold drink water and selection of tea/coffee options as well and not to forget, handful good books across all genres. Their rooms are so minimalistically done that, that you won’t find any unnecessary accessories or items within it. Their proximity with CP makes it a really safe bet to be here. It quite near (like 5 mins walking) yet safely tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Janpath market and CP. I really can't wait to be back at Bloomrooms. Seriously everyone should give them a try - I recommend them.…
Loved the stay and hospitality. Food is reasonable and nice but could be improved. Rooms and decor is done nicely. Whole process from check in to check out was smooth and staff is extremely courteous.
