I wanted to thank the Staff at Hotel LA! They were very welcoming and helpful at every point. They were also taking extra precautions against COVID-19. The food was incredible and they were very accommodating. Special mention to Ravi, hospitality showered by him personally to serve meals in my room made me write this review!! He himself personally visited to make me feel comfortable. He offers service beyond his duty lines to make guest in room dining experience best of all.. top rated staff.

This is one of the good hotel climate and services very good one of best hotel Hotel and had a mixed experience. The hotel's location was excellent, offering stunning views of the river and convenient access to the city center. The staff were polite and accommodating, ensuring a smooth check-in process.

Located nowhere, but when touring, you don't need location.
Medium sized boutique hotel aiming for 4 star.
Rooms are comfortable and generous, with all the regular amenities.
Pool was under maintenance during our stay, and probay wo t be ready for another month.
The food at the restaurant was great. Lots of Indian favourites.
The service though, was 5 star.
From the front desk, to the managers, all were happy and obliging. The stand out though, was Rahaman in the restaurant. You can't miss him. Always eager to please, and always happy to see you.

Had to stay 2 nights (arrival and departure) due to stop over in Delhi as our travel agent arranged it.
Everything has been paid including rooms and for breakfast and dinner along with the tour package to the travel agent and we also got the vouchers for each hotel!
Once we check out on the 1st stay (on 21st Feb 2029) the Front Office staff informed us that we need to pay, the voucher has been given already on the previous day and he keeps on asking to pay, we asked him to check the voucher and also we need to call our travel agent to clarify everything than finally the Front Office agent mentioned that our room was settled already!
The second day (27th Feb) check in (departure day), check in was okay and the front office agent noted that we required taxi at 4AM to the airport, he even suggested us to go early due to the security check. After shower we went for dinner as our stay included Breakfast and Dinner, once we asked the bill, we found out that they charged everything to us. I explained and show the voucher but the person who claimed himself as the Manager at restaurant speak very rudely!!
We need to called our Travel Agent again and finally we left to our room.
Early morning, once we check out, the transportation wasn’t arranged and the Front office guy who working at that time (early morning on 28th Feb 2020) seems like wants to wash his hand by informed us that he only works at night shift and doesnt know anything!! Ridiculous! Surprisingly, he also charged us the dinner bill which we supposed to entitle for! I need to send the voucher again to this hotel!
Anyway, avoid to stay for this pathetic Hotel as they didnt care about the guest experience and seems like the have the worst communication inter departments!!

How to express my views on this Hotel which is beautifully made at odd location but pathetic is the word on Hospitality. Everyone looks so busy as they can't help to their own customer specially employees behavior towards to their customer. The time I checked in took so long & an unprofessional rude boy straight away asked me to sit & wait for my room. Did i do some offense if I came at 11 AM for the room during covid situation & when almost entire hotel is empty. On top of that while I ordered room service it took another one hour to get the evening snacks which was also asked me to pay then & there only by cash. When I counter questioned for late service & about the grievance of the matter. Another unprofessional so called Manager only talked about his issue of less staff & overload of work & didn't even apologize for cash matter. He just offered me some discount which I don't know but i paid cash for that but overall pathetic service & unprofessional handling. It's my first review on Trip advisor as first time I had to face so many challenges in a stay. Will never ever come back here.

We had a wedding party in one of the banquet on 17th January 2020. The deal was coordinated by Mr. Nishant Mehtani from Sales Department. While quoting the price for the banquet we were told that the final amount of the function is all inclusive (including taxes). Full amount was paid to the hotel well in advance before the function began. We were told that there would be sofas for the seating arrangement in the main hall however there was not even a single sofa. We were not provided with everything that was promised. Before the function ended Mr. Nishant Mehtani came to us and demanded for an additional service charge. We politely told him that he didn't informed us about this earlier while negotiating the cost of the function.Had he informed about this earlier we would have happily paid this. However it is unethical to ask for this now. Upon this Mr. Nishant Mehtani gave a very rude reply and demanded for a service charge. I just want to let you guys know that there is no problem for me in paying a service charge provided that the hotel should discuss about this right in the beginning while negotiating the cost and there should be no hidden costs in the end. Also the approach of Mr. Mehtani was completely unprofessional and we had to face embarrassment in front of our guests. I would request the general manager to look into this matter so that some other guest might not feel uncomfortable in the near future and the hotel's image would remain intact.

I went with my family for dinner to the hotel and had to return home and order from swiggy because the items available were merely 15% of the complete menu booklet of 12 pages.
Still keeping patience we ordered some starters but they were all the more terrible.
I asked the person available there that i wish to meet the restaurant manager but according to him the manager was not available which later at the time of payment came out to be that he himself is the floor manager.
Then i asked him that i wish to meet the chef and know if he tastes the food before serving , firstly it took 50 minutes for the chef to come out from the kitchen and then his response was that usually they do but today he was very tired so he didn’t.
Each stater took 40 minutes and a few didn’t even arrive .
As the dishes were very few so we had to repeat the starter and evertime the same starter tasted different
Then came the best part that was billing, we had a membership card so we tried to use its benifits. We were told that when the membership was sold there was no bar in the hotel, so no coupons can be used for alcohol, then when i went through other coupons i was amazed to see that few coupons say all beverages and few say only non-alcoholic beverages, (photo attached) this to my understanding means coupons on which all beverages was written should have included alcoholic beverages but the so called restaurant manager said that no means no.
Me with my family spent almost ₹4000 and a few hours of our life for a dinner that forced us to eat food at home from some other restaurant.

The stay at the property has been terrible. There were multiple issues that we faced during out stay at the property.
1. Nowhere on the property's page it is mentioned that outside liquor is not allowed. When we arrived at the property they said it is mentioned. I later found it is mentioned that Outside food is not permitted. I was carrying 2 bottles of alcohol, they said if you want us to permit the same you will have to pay INR500 per bottle and then only we will allow you to carry the same with you. I had no option but to pay or where else would I throw the bottles. This is their way to make money.
2. I have never seen a hotel where the power cuts so frequently. The power was going off so frequently. We were unable to sleep as there was power cut in the morning for good 2-3 hours. On top of it their Air con was not even working. Whenever the power comes back we have to manually switch on the Aircon and it still wasn't working.
3. Their check out is a long process. They take good 15 minutes to prepare the bill and do not care about your time.
5. They charges my credit card with INR3000 as a security deposit. When I told them not to charge the card and take a pre authorization like all the other hotels do. They did charge my card. When i was clearing the bills and I told them I will pay the bill via UPI and made the payment and they are refunding me wish cash and not refunded my CC.
Please think twice before booking this hotel. Horrible experience.

They stopped us from having breakfast and said the breakfast was not included in our stay and after discussing for half hour they said they had some glitches inside and now we can have our breakfast and no one even apologised..
