Not very pleasant experience. It is hard to write a negative review but the description didn't match the reality. There needs to be some basic mantance in place. accuracy of location isn't as real as described, unclean bedding.

Like others, I was taken in by the photos, and proximity to Airport. A group of four of us stayed there March 3, 2019. The taxi driver warned us away from it, but we had reservations and our friends were already there. Despite having a reservation from Agoda.Com, we were told there was no such reservation, and that we must buy another one. Judging from other reviews, this appears to be standard practice with them. It was 3 AM, so we just waited in our friend's room, and tried not to touch anything. In addition to the fact that we did not use the "room" in the "hotel" the other reason that I will pursue a refund with Chase Bank Sapphire Card is that the "Hotel" was not as advertised, and was not serviceable as a "hotel"- the bed was LITERALLY TOO FILTHY TO LIE DOWN ON. No Bathroom light in my friend's room where we stayed, spending the two dreadful, interminable hours of our "stay" sitting up on towels in order to avoid touching the filthy bed. Broken glass on the floor from where the sullen "Hotel" "Staff" tried to replace the bulb, unsuccessfully.The bathroom they sent us to use had no running water to wash our hands. There were stained mattresses in the hallways, open doors to rooms that were being deconstructed - exposed walls, toxic concrete dust everywhere. Beyond disgusting - this place is a health hazard. I am pursuing a refund with Agoda.Com, as they were the intermediary with this "Hotel" - truly, I do not know what was going on there, but it's not the hotel business! Anyway, I will have my money back as I did not get the agreed-upon service.…

Whilst writing a review I can still recall the torturous stay experienced at this horrible hotel. Why is it even called a hotel? can be called poop. Booked this hotel via Agoda for a night, although our stay was for a few hours since we had a flight from Delhi Airport. First of all difficult, difficult hotel to locate, even google maps will not want you to reach there. finally somehow reached around 7 am , and requested for an early checkin which was confirmed by the hotel a day before. however upon checkin these 2 funny men acted stupid and declined an early checkin saying no rooms available and we'll have tow wait until 12 noon. tried explaining that we any way will be checking out same day and to help us , they refused. After 15 minutes, they agree to give a room by an extra amount of 600 and that too in cash. Gave us a room on the third floor , has no elevator and did not help in carrying the luggage. Entered the room only to find a yellow , stinkiest toilet which was't washed in years. Asked them to clean it upon which they have the audacity to say its clean enough. finally being a little stern , they half clean it. we were convinced that the room is only for a few hours and shall be given a decent room at noon time. Somehow managed and waited, but all we were told is there are no rooms available. Bed bugs, leaking walls, stinky toilets were our room mates. Finally we had to leave in a while and upon leaving we seen maximum of the rooms empty. Travellers if you want to have headache, and spoil your entire trip, please stay here. All those giving good/average reviews are either the hotel's staff or feel such living is worth.…

Upon arrival, the manager demanded that I pay 365 rupees tax! I refused because I had already paid for the room in advance. They do not offer breakfast and there was no water in bathroom. Avoid this dive hotel at all costs! Miserable cheats and liars.

I booked a hotel metro tower on 6th May 2018 and also confirmed a booking on call. Even though when i reached to hotel, in-spite of welcoming us manager asked my name and asked me to pay 400 more!!! I asked him why and he replied that he did not receive full payment from website through which i booked hotel and insist me to call customer care and he given me receipt of 400 to get refund from website. Why should i call if i paid whole amount and i have email confirmation??! I finally called police and cope came and scolded manager and he even shown readiness to shift me to another hotel as a compensation but i refused it because i have to leave for our next flight from delhi to ahmedabad. About room : Room is too stinky and outside the window there is too noise of street area. Bedsits are dirty and i found hairs on the bed. Bathroom is also too smelly like a hell. Water supply suddenly stopped and it was enough for me and i decided to call the police. Staff behavior : Too pathetic and no manners on how to deal with customer. I only get 200 refunded out of 400 through cope. For more info plz look at images i attached.…

hotel has good and close to airport. I stay for one day this hotel. Food is good and tasty. Staff is helpful and good in service. Rooms is well decorated and I got a good sleep. I have connecting flight to Patna. Decent stay.

I am not new to this hotel. Repeated guest from the last 12 years. I agree with many other reviews but i feel that its a give and take business. Everybody wants services but no body want to appreciate the hard work of the boys at the hotel. So take care of them and they will take care of you. I stay here on almost every visit as they allow me to use their kitchen which is perfect as i dont want to eat from ourstide as the food is not good and expencive. But the staff is very helpful

Sadly the rooms on the booking site look nothing like those in real life. This is undoubtedly the dirtiest place I've ever stayed with filthy sheets, bugs all over the floor and hair everywhere. Fortunately I had my own soap and toilet paper as these weren't supplied. I had to check out early it was that bad. I wasn't expecting anything outstanding given the cost but this was horrendous.
