Places to stay are graded on a 0-100 scale. The higher the grade, the easier it is for travellers to find restaurants and things to do within walking distance.
Surprisingly the luxury room is their lowest category. So I opted for the Deluxe room and it was very sweet of them to bump me up to a suite. The hotel itself is average the suite room was quite a decent size although the buttons in the room were a little messed up, for instance when we put on the master switch we can't just put a bedside light as that same button switches on 5 other really bright lights so lighting control is something they need to fix, also the WiFi was horrid which could possibly be because we were on the topmost floor. The staff was very hospitable. The food that we ordered a grilled fish and grilled chicken were stale to the point that the fish smelled and the chicken tasted like detergent. The room service however was very prompt and accomodating. While checking out I wanted a bill with my gst no. To claim input credit and for some reason their system could understand that as we had booked through ibibo which was odd because I've booked through ibibo booking etc many times and hotels still give me a bill in my company's name, though Achal at the reception was really helpful.
In a nutshell, the staff is awesome, the food is horrible ..they claim to be a 4 star which they're ( because please teach the staff what wine glasses look like) ...
I would definitely stay here again but would choose to order in from elsewhere.
Overall, it was worth the price I paid.

Stayed here for 3 nights. The hotel itself is really nice and all the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating The location is great and only a 30 minute taxi ride to Historical Delhi. The restaurant was really great. Ramesh and Adil were helpful when it came to choosing food (which was excellent) and serving us
The only downside was our bathroom. It was quite old and not quite as clean as one expects. The tiles in the shower need to be replaced. Other than that, the rooms were quite nice and comforable.
Other than that, it is a great place to stay when in Delhi and for a resonable price..

We held a small family function at Justa GK and it was worth every penny. The food prepared by chef Gautam was tasty and appetizing. The staff Adil, Yashwant and Atul were very courteous, friendly and helpful. The service was excellent. Even the guard at the gate was very kind and helped us carry heavy baskets etc to the dinning hall. We coordinated the details for the function with Mr Deepak and he certainly maintained a good standard. It was very good experience overall. Definitely recommend!!

Water is charged at 60 rs per litre . We were 2 people and only one litre of water per day was complimentary beyond that it's 60 rs per litre. Basic thing is charged and no free water to drink. Almost no internet available in room no 2. We were told range issue. TV is having jio settop box connection however it does not work. Bed is good band breakfast is also very good. When charging 4k per day atleast drinking water at no cost should be made available . Best location . Room was quiet. Pls take backside rooms else you will be hearing traffic sounds throughout the day.

Really Bad Property. If you see the photos online on many of the portals you will say, wow what an amazing hotel. But once you visit the hotel you feel it’s totally the opposite of what it’s shown online. As soon as i entered, the room was all smelly. The Rooms very dirty and not cleaned at all. The Bed Linen & Bedsheets were Dirty & Not changed even on request. The flooring was not mopped. The curtains were dirty. Glasses kept in the room was not changed, it was of the previous guest. Water had to be asked for. No shaving kit or proper dental kit in the washrooms. Washroom was also very dirty. Breakfast was included, and that was a big mistake. It was pathetic. Bread with some b grade quality butter was provided. Paratha were all cold and when asked the waiter he said, if new needs to be prepared it will take an hour or so. The vegetable which was there also cold. Bad, Unhygienic Breakfast. I wished I would have a stayed at some other place. Won’t recommend this hotel to anyone!

We were placed in a ground-floor room where we could hear everything, from the bathroom flush to the broken walls. The TV wasn't working, and there was no hot water. Additionally, we had to remind the front desk to turn on the hot water service each time but they would not oblige.

I stayed at Justa Greater Kailash at the end of November 2019, and was very happy with the room and service. At one point I needed to print a short document, and they duly helped out. The food was particularly good – by far the best biryani I've had.

If I could give this hotel a zero I would. Here’s the list. 1.When checking in the first night the entire hotel had a strong smell of gasoline. 2.There was major construction in every area of the building. 3. We could not enter our room without having one particular staff member help us, the door lock was basically broken. 4. The bathroom had an awe full smell. Every time the shower went on the entire floor flooded, not just a little but an inch and more of water, which meant if you tried to enter after showering, you are entering bathroom full of water. 5. The front desk was so disrespful to me, maybe Indias culture with respect of women..? But he refused to look me in the eye when I speaking to him, and answering the phones in the middle of our conversation without excusing himself. 6. The internet was horrible! My partner had a business call, and the internet just kept dropping out. Connecting to only data was also sketchy.
I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.
