Our group stayed at Pals Hotel for the second time. They have a wonderful staff and always helpful and courteous. They served an excellent breakfast every morning. It was a little cold when we visited and they provided electric heaters for every room. They went out of their way to accommodate our needs. I would highly recommend them for your visit to Delhi.

I really enjoyed my stay. The staff were very friendly, attentive and helpful, always checking that I had what I needed. They went out of their way to provide me with boiled drinking water when I told them I wanted to avoid plastic waste, which was much appreciated. The quality of the food provided was excellent, speedy and with generous portions. I don't think I've ever had so much room service! When I had an early morning departure, they provided a packed breakfast. The location was convenient, with lots of handy services nearby and a nice little park across the street for a short walk. I highly recommend the place, and would definitely be happy to stay there again. Thank you to the staff at Pals Inn for taking such good care of me during my stay!

We had a tour group stay here for several days and the service the hotel staff extended us was absolutely wonderful. It was cold at night, so they voluntarily offered to bring heaters to our rooms. We had a trip to taj one day and the manager found out we would be leaving before they served breakfast. In response, he had us bagged breakfast ready at 6 am that morning. They cleaned the rooms daily and always left fresh towels for us. The breakfast every morning was wonderful with a good selection. The staff is friendly and went out of their way to make us comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel and I plan to return in the future.

I have nothing but an honest - Thank you. Because of this hotel stuff, manager and all, I felt secured, safe, cozy. Clean room, hot water, good internet, great location. Manager Mr. Singh, receptionist Rahul and others, thank you. They changed money for me, called me taxi, room service at 2 am , bring me charger for phone, treating me like i am their true friend. So kind so warm so honest. Even when i needed Atm cash to withdraw, they sent a boy to show me location and to accompany me. Nothing but a 1000 star positive - Value for money - more than . See you again when I come back to Delhi!!! You know, coming from Europe never easy but this hotel made it worth.

This is the best hotel I have ever stayed. The staff and managers are eminent and their service is incredible.
Good nature and good response from the staff. The rooms have enormous space providing tons of facilities from AC to refrigerator and so on, as well as morning breakfast. It's Affordable hotel and I would strongly recommend this hotel.
