This quaint Guest House is in the middle of the bustling and wonderful Majnu Ka Tila enclave in Delhi. Tibetan restaurants, cafes, gift stalls, etc, are every few steps. This guest House has a restaurant attached with delicious and inexpensive food. There is laundry service, or one can walk a block to the laundromat. The beds are comfortable, the bathrooms...

Wongdhen House‬ is a nice place in the Tibetan colony in Delhi. Don't expect anything fancy, aside from the amazing luxury of finding a clean place in a reasonable price in New Delhi. believe me, its a lot.

The New Tibetan Colony remains my favourite place to stay in Delhi. Delhi can be hectic and the quietness of the Tibetan Colony brings calm to one's spirit. While I still love Wongdhen House for their honest service, the hotel needs an upgrade. In the past rooms were cleaned daily and the hotel smelled of chlorine. My room was not...

Wongdhens was a great place to stay for the price it was good value for money. The food was excellent & the staff helpful & friendly. Try not to get a room facing the street or over the front door can be noisy! Especially with guests checking in over 24 hours! lovely rooftop area can see for miles!

The rooms were clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Noise from the street outside was very noticeable - we were on the first floor. The beds are hard, but fine. I've never found a soft mattress in India anyway. Pillows were a bit gross, you might try and take your own. The en-suite was large, and the shower...

For the price, cleanliness and good vibes Wongdhen is the best hotel in Delhi as far as I'm concerned. The rooms are kept nice and clean, all amenities are provided, hot water always works and the attached restaurant has great momos. Nice terrace up top. I've stayed here twice now. The more expensive rooms have great views of the Yamuna...

We stayed here twice in 2015; the first time was for just a couple of nights (post long-haul flight) and the second time for a week. Staying for longer meant we got a reduced room rate (INR 600). It's a place not overrun by other tourists where you can watch the ebb and flow of life. Situated in a tibetan...

Overall happy with it. Paid Rp 800 for a twin room with ensuite on first floor. Cons: noisey. Only fly screens onto the tiny alleyway, ear plugs required. Pros: Tibetan Colony is fantastic. Wish we could have stayed in this are another couple of nights. Bathroom good, shower was great. Money changing service. Great when you're leaving the country the...

The room I stayed in was clean and comfortable. I shared a bathroom, which again was kept clean and was perfectly sufficient for my needs. The food from the restaurant was delicious! Fully recommended! The staff were smiley, helpful and friendly. All this, for a budget price. It is located in the Tibetan colony of Delhi, which is an intriguing...
