Amazing staff very helpful and hygienic, food is also good, if you need anything specific they see to it you get that and all your needs are fulfilled in a very short span of time. loved it and would like to surely come back.. Lovely property and great service. The food was very good. We tried the pizza and it was just perfect. The sauce was prepared fresh and the base was cooked perfectly. The breakfast spread was to the point and cooked to perfection. Overall a pleasant experience that I would look forward to on my future visits to the city.

I had to travel to Delhi for a couple of days, I opted to stay at Seven Seas. I will be here until tomorrow. The property is beautiful. I have had a few meals hear already including breakfast from the package. I must say, the staff here is super courteous, they are very well trained and are customer centric. I was served by Pramod for my meals and Yogesh war for my breakfast - these two have given me exemplary service. Food is also delicious, looks like the chef here loves his/her job. Awesome meals; the guys here understand your need and are ready to customise preparations for you. You must stay here for the Food and service they offer. I am sure their supervisor has done a good job. I have witnessed their conversations - it's like one engaged team motivated and energised to make the customer feel like a king. I made a right choice by booking this place. Once again a shout out for Pramod, Yogeshwar and their senior Anis ! I have added a few pictured from my meal, will try add buffet pictures later!

My family hosted a 3 day event (wedding of my younger brother) here at Seven Seas, and trust me, Seven Seas left no stone unturned to help me and my family make this event memorable. This was the residential wedding where all the rooms were with us, so reviewing my experience accordingly.
Starting from the bookings, Mr. Ankit seth from sales team made sure everything goes smooth, be it helping us deciding the venues for particular events (there were 5 events in 3 days) or helping us connect with different teams involved in managing the events.
For the entire 3 days, me and my family members were allocated with a team of personal butlers who used to take care of our every needs. You just make a call, and they are ready with their services. I would like to specifically mention Mr. Harsh, Mr. Shashank, Mr. Himanshu and Mr. Deepak.
Moreover, when you are the host, and that too for 3 days, its very difficult to take care of yourself and your diet. I was perplexed to see a set of managers were allocated specifically for my family members. They were with us all the time and while we were busy greeting our guests, they made sure we stay hydrated and taste each n every dish on the move. All the credit goes to Mr. Rajendra and Mr. Sujit who were there at each n every events with us at seven seas.
The best part is yet to come, and that is the food. This is where seven seas excel. I have never seen such an extensive menu at any wedding. Well, I can’t express how good the Menu was. While maintaining the quantity, there was no hint of compromising with the quality.
They have a restaurant, the “Seventh Sense”, where they mostly serve buffet breakfast. The breakfast menu is so extensive there, and so tasty, you feel like you are on cloud nine. Mr. Anees at restaurant did the job well to take care of our breakfast needs.
Although everything looks good till now, but we had a few issues during check in. As this was a marriage function, and all the 85 rooms were occupied by us, the checkin was not that seamless. A few of My guests had to wait for a couple of hours as rooms were not prepared. As it was bulk checkin, I can understand how difficult it is for Hotel to manage everything. However, the way all my functions went, how happy each of my guest departed, I can neglect this small thing.
Thank you Seven seas for making my brother’s marriage memorable. This is the kind of wedding my guests will remember for a very long time.

Excellent service with friendly and helpful staff. Food was delicious! Special thanks to the chef Dennis Philip who was extremely helpful and supported me with my food allergies and told me what was safe to eat. Mr Ayush Chaturi gave great service as well. The chai tea was the highlight and the eggs, hash brown, French toast and pancakes were yummy too. We highly recommend this hotel restaurant. What a wonderful experience!

We were here for a wedding and I was very skeptical in the beginning due to lack of brand reco. But the hotel was amazingly beautiful from rooms to other facilities, beautifully designed and spacious. The staff went over and beyond to cater our needs and were very polite. From the guy who helped me with gym equipment and the girl Sony who met me numerous times and enquired about our wellnesd everytime. Only thing I will like to reccomend to the owners is to add another elevator as it gets crowded. I will definately reccomend this Hotel to all sort of travellers.

At the first impression this place doesn't looks like a five star hotel by any measures. Bathrooms were filthy. Floors' doors had stains. The closets storing housekeeping items were left open to offer a most shabby look. overall a nightmare on the maintenance front. The service at the venue was lesser even to a nice banquet halls these days. Service staff looked untrained and completely indifferent. Though one of their female floor manager was trying to put the things in order but was helpless because of so many loopholes to be filled in by just one sincere worker! The way the furniture was being rearranged repeatedly looked like a function held at the "Old Shamiana way"! Snacks were average and Chat was below average. The Food was generally ok but noodles were still having all the starch which seemed that they simply forget to wash them after boiling! Finally, the valet service was so unprofessional that even the casually called Valet services provide better services these days! Overall, not a worth place to spend money at!!

Very very bad place. It’s not a hotel, it’s a favour that they are doing on you letting you stay there. 1. No alcohol allowed inside. 2. No non-veg is served on Tuesday. 3. Room service takes 1-2 hours. 4. AC doesn’t working. 5. Hotel policies aren’t clear anywhere. 6. Staff is stupid and rude and takes owners name and makes a policy for anything. 7. Location is very bad.
Do yourself a favour, never stay here. There are much better places.
