hotel jyoti mehal Delhi. very poor and messy rooms, not having any type of facilities. very filthy washroom. nothing is available at the time and the staff members are also very rude. no parking facilities and it is also located in crowdy area.

This hotel is the worse DONT GO THERE, it’s a scam for tourists. It was a terrible experience, we had used booking.com and they confirmed our booking via WhatsApp after I paid part of the money directly to them but when we arrived, they said the hotel had water issues and they could not give us a room there and would transfer us to another hotel. Arriving in this new hotel called Aira Xing hotel and from the network called Staybook, the hotel condition was not good, dirty, smelly and they wanted us to pay double the price we see on Agoda. DONT GO THERE! It’s a trap! It seems they are time to time moving people around to get their money, look in the Google Reviews as well!

We stayed here for 2 weeks and it was a very nice stay. Rooms are spacious and interior is beautiful. Also nice rooftop terrace where you can have drinks or food. Staff is very polite and did everything to accommodate us. Cannot understand the bad reviews here. If you want a five star hotel, you need to pay for one. This hotel is value for money. Located in a quite street near main bazaar, was perfect for us. Would definitely stay here again

Very good service. beautiful place near paharganj.. like being in a heritage in jaipur .. very friendly ..help with airport taxi sim card etc … its not a five star but its very very good for the price .. and its totally safe .. can totally recommend

I'm writing this review here as I did it on Booking.com after my stay and they claimed I never stayed with them despite me paying the full amount and staying with them this week! That's why there aren't that many negative reviews on Booking.com as they 'remove' them. Why I would not recommend: 1. At the very beginning the manager look at my reservation and wanted to upsell me a room for twice the price. He said that the room I booked is not what I want and that I need to see both rooms to decide. I insisted on the room I booked, but it was only when my male partner confirmed that this is what we want, that he relented and gave us probably the crappiest room they had in the other hotel. 2. It was room 101 where you could hear all the sewage coming down whenever someone flushed. The bathroom drain was clogged so that every time we used the shower, there was a huge pool of water. The bathroom was very moldy with mold spores covering the ceiling. It was also dirty with grime. 3. The bedsheets were covered in orange stains and were ripped. 4. We wanted towels which is something they said they provide - they had run out of them and it wasn't until the next morning that we got 1 dry towel for 2 people. 5. We went to their restaurant as we got in late. There are multiple cats who try and steal your food from the table. They didn't have most of the items we wanted from the menu. I went to the disgusting bathroom on the room where the restaurant is and saw the kitchen which was empty. We suspect that they order the food from somewhere else and just have it delivered as we saw a food delivery around the same time that our food was served. 6. They insisted on cash payments and no change was given. 7. We paid for a tour of the Taj Mahal with them for INR 8000. We understood this to be the drive back and forth and the tickets for the Palace. When we got that, we were told that was not the case and we had to pay for the tickets. The ticket prices their complimentary guide quoted were higher than the actual ticket prices. We decided to go with them on the tour in the first place as they told us it would be max 3h each way whereas the driver was very surprised and said around 5h each way.…

The hotel is located in a very nice and central are within 5 minutes from everything you could need. Very big rooms all with AC and very very nice staff, the best part of the hotel. The hotel also has an information point service where is it possible to book and organize you trip in India and thanks to the profesional staff you can arrange everything at best and with a very good price! We dealt with Asif, and we really can’t ask for better person to deal with! Really recommended.

This is one of the worst experience in my entire life. This hotel is horrible and I strongly recommend to avoid this . Hotel management is very rude they are not ready to listen. staff at reception specially the person name is Mr. Praveen is so unprofessional, I can say mostly staffs here are untrained .Don't book it by seeing the picture...……..room are very smelly and bad condition ( no mini bar, bad electric shocket, no water , poor Air conditioning, mosquitoes, cockroaches ). We complaint several times but no one take care even we coordinate to senior manager / owner Under the name of mr. Karan but he also behaved as same his staff . Most egoistic person he is. Not to recommend anyone please avoid this. I am sharing some of pictures if you are ready for this then must be book. Thank you staybook hotels for spoil our delhi trip…

Old place. bad maintenance condition. No internet connection all over the premisses and no wifi connection. This is definitely the last time here, doesn't worth the money and the stay. The air-condition is very old and very noisy, sounds like an old machine from the 50's. No mop in the bathroom, No window for fresh air in the room. Bad experience.

The staff at the reception was extremely rude,service beyond delay, no hospitable behaviour at all. The spring of the rooms bed was broken,I was told the room will be changed however that was denied later,utter chaos and misconduct. On questioning ,the reception staff fights and speaks in an unprofessional manner. A big NO for anyone who plans to book even for a night.

This is a scam property ! All the reviews here rated 1 star are true. This is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in ! Rooms are not at all like they look in pictures. We paid a heafty amount for our room and once we arrived at hotel we were given a shabby room with no Tv , no ac (45 degree temperature), fan didn’t work , flush didn’t work, bed sheets were filthy, dead insects were there in bathroom. It was more like a store room rather than a guest room. So we paid a hefty amount for a bed on the floor and one fridge thats all !!! Upon complaining they said this is like it is. Breakfast was included but they didn’t serve. Staff at reception was so rude and unfriendly . They didn’t entertain any bookings through Agoda or booking.com and asked customer to talk to customer care and once these companies call they they ignore their phone calls and then you are made to stay at this filthy property because you have paid online after looking at their fancy picture! ! Mind you it’s a big trap so please be careful ! They will rip you off big time . It was not just us but almost everyone who was coming in had the same complain !! So please don’t book this hotel and save yourself from this nightmare !…
