I got the opportunity to stay in svelte hotel second time.It is always a delightful experience to stay in this property as it is conveniently located in all the most visited locations. During my stay, I got the apportunity to meet Mr. Anuj Sharma who is housekeeping manager, and pankaj yadav the housekeeping staff.They made sure that my stay will me an amazing one as they took upmost care of all my needs during my stay. They were very professional and brought out the best during my stay in svelte hotel saket . I would highly recommend this hotel for your next stay whether it is a short trip or a business stay.

The rooms are dirty, the drinking water is not clean, the bathrooms have a bad smell, we asked to change rooms, it was refused and reprimanded that it was full, but when someone came The offer him the room that I asked before….

Excellent hotel with world class service by Mr Hoshiar Singh. If you ever visit this hotel, ask the reception to provide you the floor where Mr Hoshiar Singh serves. He is an exceptional guy who is always smiling and providing the best service possible. If you need anything or even if you are looking for guidance around Delhi area he has good knowledge about it. We all are still staying here as family for the whole month of January. “Hosiyaj Singh” the Housekeeping guy, he is very attentive, always make sure that we have everything we need in our room with his smile. He always asked if we have “any problem with the room”. He keep our room always tidy and very organized. He always seems happy and very polite. We really appreciate all his excellent work to keep us happy. Keep it up Hosiyaj! :)

Excellent service with an amazing location. Great & comfortable rooms. Nice breakfast buffet that suits every pallette...from vegetarian to non-vegetarian. Furthermore, it's not too spicy. I do recommend their Masala & Ginger tea.

Stayed there previously in October 2019 and for one night in December 2022 (6th -7th to be more specific). Was staying in the Hilton Garden Inn down the road but due to a lack of communication there, we(my parents and me) had to book 2 rooms in Svelte and move here. Hotel was very prompt in accommodating us with 2 rooms next to each other and even upgraded my parents room to a really nice big one. Rooms were very clean and well organised. The views are pretty decent and the natural lighting is very good as well. Super convenient location with direct access to Select Citywalk Mall where there is a plethora of dining options. Great housekeeping staff who are very prompt with your needs and thorough with their duties. Front house staff and porters are also great. Breakfast buffet could use a little more options though but the quality of the items there are good. Service is efficient. There is a small fitness center as well where you could get a decent workout even with the limited equipment. All in all, would highly recommend a stay here if you are looking for accommodation in South Delhi. P.S - the qutub Minar is just 10 mins away by auto which was an added bonus.…
