My wife and I stayed at the hotel one night before our flight back to the states. One of the worst experiences I've had as a traveler. Hotel is adjacent to a very busy road and continual noise from cars and people checking out made sleeping impossible. The room was very run down, shower did not work. The photos are not an accurate depiction of the quality of the rooms.

The Hotel rooms are too dirty. Carpets have sticky oily texture. Bathrooms are a blunder. Avoid it. Wi-Fi Internet hardly works. The staff is quite rude. The linen was also not clean and was smelling very bad.

The hotel is quite run down and is a poor choice by any standard. Staff is impolite specially the night duty staff who feel any service done by them is a favour. Certainly not recommended.....the air-conditioning is of poor quality and i had to chanhe my room in the middle of the night because the issue amd in thia weather the hotel staff is hardly bothered about your comfort.

we stayed for a night as our flight got cancelled and we were very happy with the services of the hotel. Room service Is quick and food is tasty. Rooms were alright ..comfortable bed and no street noise. Called for a change of blanket at 1. 00 am as my child needed one and they provided it within 10 mins. Thanks housekeeping ..!! Overall a very comfortable stay..front desk guys are courteous and answer your queries to the best of their knowledge.

The experience was nice as it was close by to the Delhi Airport. Food served was very nice and as per our taste. Food served was hot. Place was neat and clean. Sound was also not very much inside. It was a great visit.

Worst Hotel I've ever stayed. I booked a Deluxe Room, but they gave me a standard Room. The front office staff are very rude. They behave as if they are doing favor to us. Rooms are sub standard refilling of water and house keeping are very rare to see. Does not worth money.

If you want a good value overnight stopover near the airport I can't recommend this hotel highly enough. The rooms are generous, spacious, clean and well appointed. The service is excellent and the breakfast more than ample. The staff are very friendly.

We booked this hotel on the strength that it was close to the airport and, through Expedia, you got a free airport shuttle as required. We made contact through our guide on two occasions with this hotel to confirm our arrival, including a late check in after catching the train back from Agra and driving across the city to get there. When we arrived and checked in (a reasonable process), we were taken to the rooms. We had specifically booked FAMILY rooms, which to my way of thinking would mean enough beds for a family. We had booked two such rooms at this hotel for the night to spread our party of seven (4 adults and 3 children) across the rooms. However, the rooms only had one bed (a queen size). They had known about our booking for ages, so I was quite cross that the rooms were not ready (it was already nearly 2200h) and that they were not what we had ordered through Expedia. The gentleman on the front desk was pretty nonchelant about helping me and said that the rooms would be ready in half an hour! Eventually, after asking 2-3 more times, some men came with mattresses and linen and set up the "family" beds on the floor! In addition, one of the sheets on the queen bed in one room had a large blood stain on it. We stripped the bed, but no one seemed too keen to want to come and change the bed, despite the disgusting health hazard they were happy for us to sleep on.To add insult to injury, despite knowing we were coming, the hot water units in both the rooms had not been turned on, so there was no hot water. To say we were unimpressed would be an understatement! One saving grace was that the breakfast was reasonable. The hotel arranged a couple of taxis to take us to the airport the next morning and it was literally a ten minute drive. We were glad to be gone from the hotel and would say inn the strongest possible terms to anyone thinking of booking this hotel - look around for other options.…
