Nestled in the heart of south Delhi, Chhoti Haveli is very close to the Delhi Airport (20 min/ 9 km), Chhatarpur metro station (2.5 km) and Qutub Minar. Located in a gated community, next to a large reserved green forest (Sanjay Van), the property faces a beautiful public park with a walking trail. At our second floor apartment we have created the ambience of a Haveli. The property is bright and airy, with an abundance of natural light and ventilation. The b&b is tastefully furnished with period hand crafted furniture from Rajasthan. Hand block printed cotton fabric furnishings in vibrant vegetable dyed colours add to the ethnic decor. Chhoti Haveli promises to give you the comfort of a home and cater to your needs as a traveler. We look forward to hosting you at Chhoti Haveli, a delhi b&b with a difference! Surinder and Pawan Maini, Innkeepers

Recently stayed at this delightful B&B on our visit to Delhi for work. Loved all the little attention to detail. Beautiful rose petals adorn the edge of the staircase up to this 3rd floor apartment. The ever smiling caretaker Thapa helped us with our luggage. He also makes the most delicious breakfast. You get a choice of Indian or continental breakfast. He also makes tea and coffee. The rooms and bathrooms are very clean. The rooms are equipped with good quality toiletries, clean towels, pretty bed linen and soft pillows. Thats not something you get at every B&B. Hair dryer and iron is available on request...so is free wifi and water bottles. There is also a small grocer shop down the road. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge where you can stock a few things, and an

Chhoti Haveli is more than just a place to stay while you’re in Delhi - you will be joining a home during your time here. You can feel the peacefulness as soon as you walk up the stairs adorned with fresh flower petals and potted plants. As a young solo traveler I felt truly cared for during my stay — the staff are incredibly kind and helpful. The rooms themselves are beautiful and spacious. If you’re looking for somewhere with a personal touch, this is a perfect choice - you will feel a sense of peace and home here.

My wife and I spent 2 nights and quite a lot of day time in Chhoti Haveli in February 2019. It is very conveniently located relative to the airport and yet it is on a nice street that is quiet, considering you are in Delhi (bring earplugs, as there is constant honking in the city). The room we had was very clean, with a hot shower and a comfortable bed, We really enjoyed the offered breakfast and the service. Everyone was really helpful and kind. i definitely recommend this homestay!

Unfortunately, our flight in to Delhi was late but the arranged driver from Chhoti Haveli was still there to greet us. The accommodation was clean and cosy. When we awoke the next morning and looked out from the small balcony we saw a lovely variety of mature trees and a nearby park. We had freshly brewed coffee, papaya and cauliflower/onion bread which was extremely tasty. We had a wonderful chat with our host who even told me how to make the bread. Hopefully, we get to return to this little oasis in Delhi and stay much longer.

Our lucky selection of this property which we based on its location delivered so much more than a convenient place for us to stay while going to consultations at Fortis Hospital. Our hosts were so welcoming and helpful and our room so comfortable and clean, the excellent service more than made up for the fact that there is no elevator and the property is located on the third floor. Best not to bring heavy luggage even though the staff is ready to bring guests’ bags up. Our delicious breakfast was prepared and served by a friendly staff member who got out of his way to see that our immediate needs were satisfied. The most memorable detail was property owner Surinder’s intervention with a taxi service they use which resulted in my recovering the purse I forgot in the cab
