Hotel Florence was clean and comfortable. I stayed on three non-consecutive nights over two weeks while on a tour of northern India. All three nights, in the midst of a rising wave of Omicron and looming lockdowns, were passed comfortably in three different rooms. The showers have hot water and a decent water pressure. Toiletries were provided, and I had food from the kitchen each evening for dinner, which was brought to my room hot and delicious. Safety protocols were followed each time I visited, with masks on each employee and hand sanitizer in the lobby. The location of the hotel is in the bustling Karol Bagh neighborhood, one block's jaunt from a pedestrian street lined with food stands and boutique shops. It's also a quick CNG ride away from the Metro station. I felt safe in this neighborhood and the hotel was a great place to rest my head after a day of traveling or exploring. The proprietor spoke perfect English, and even woke up early for my 3am checkout to head to the airport on my last day.

We arrived in New Delhi after an overnight flight from Europe and our Driver and Tour Manager picked us up at the Airport to take us to the hotel. First impressions were good as our room was available early morning and we were able to get some decent sleep. Good double room and en-suite bathroom. Tea making facilities in the room. We had one dinner there which was fine and breakfasts consisted of tea/coffee, juice omelettes toast as well as a couple of buffet dishes. We enjoyed the rooftop bar for dinner and breakfast and service was good. One small point is that during the night if guests arrived or left their doors would bang which could be heard down the corridor and in our room at the end but overall a pleasant stay

I used Hotel Florence during my business visit in December 2019. Their rooms are very neat and clean, breakfast is also very good. They have centralized heating system also. Hotel is located in market area but in the rooms you fell totally silence🔇 because they used sound proof glass. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Overall very good stay and value for Money.

We stayed in a twin room in December 2019. The staff were friendly, everything very clean and a great position to the metro. Lots of taxis and tuk tuks closeby if you don't feel like public transport.
Wifi worked perfectly, comfortable beds, great showers (with reliable hot water!). Local market closeby, where you really get a feel for local life.
Breakfasts are simple, yet delicious; with a daily Indian breakfast option available.

In general it was a good experience, we were 5 people in total, accomodated in two bedrooms and the one or three people was smaller that the one with three. It was fairly clean, organized, good breakfast with indian and occidental food and very nice staff. The wifi was not very good in the rooms. Thanks!

I booked premium room. Room is good, neat and clean and well maintained. Washroom is nice and clean. One drawback for premium category room is that it does not have window. A small restaurant is located on roof top 4th floor. However, one can go to 3rd floor by lift and then by stairs to 4th floor. It might be difficult for elderly people. Breakfast buffet spread is poor. Hardly any option is there. However, the food taste is good. Price of the food is costly and not enough option is there for in room dining. Hotel is located within market area and one can get enough option for food.

Although i am not sure but as this hotel is straight on the main road, it don't seems to be offering the parking. Please check with hotel directly as they can help to park you vehicle at nearby place.
