Loved it as much as the first time. Rainy season, but we didn't let that stop us. Zip lining, Jungle & Beach hikes & lots of ocean swims. We love it here. The location and the very friendly staff make this place very special. Zip line gudes made our trip super fun as did Sophia, Flora & staff at the... More

We rented one of the larger villas because we had two families to house. The villas are all spectacular. We flew into Bocas Dell Toro and had asked for Red Frog to have a van to meet us there. When you fly into Bocas, after receiving your luggage, it is required that you pay $2 apiece for a visa. Not... More

Tavia - thank you for the review. About half of our guests are families and the others are couples. We have new beachfront rooms available as of Summer 2016. There is a lot of space and privacy on the island as you know so anyone will feel comfortable here. You are right about few people here in the off season;... More

This place is pretty, but. However, I found it a hassle to get there coming from the west coast of US. The roads are not paved. You have to rent a cart. It takes forever to get anywhere on property and you are bouncing around in the cart. Why have a full kitchen when there is no store to buy... More

The Grocery Store is finished Fall 2016. The roads are a bit bumpy but many of our guests love the experience driving into nature. Please come back soon - you will see all the changes and upgrades around the property! More

Okay-let me start off by saying that I am an active traveler. I have been to 16 countries and have stayed in many resorts, hotels, and hostels. Red Frog Beach Resort is nowhere like I have ever been before. First of all, it is extremely exclusive and organic. The Red Frog Beach Resort staff treats you like family and will... More

My family and I had an amazing 3-bedroom villa with a breathtaking view of the ocean! There was something for everyone - we could relax on the public beach, the private beach, go to the spa, or hang by our own infinity pool! And then when we felt adventurous, we went ziplining, snorkeling, scuba diving, caving, hiking - the adventures... More

Red Frog beach resort was amazing. The villas were even nicer than expected and the private pools were definitely a nice addition. Beds were extremely comfortable and it felts very homey. The beach itself is private and beautiful. Great food at the restaurant and an excellent happy hour. All of the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and caring. From the... More

We agree, the guys that run the zipline are the best. We hope all of our guests ride the zipline just for the sake of meeting the crew (most of all grew up on the island in a town called "Old Bank" where Columbus "banked" his boat). Can't wait to have you back. More

Red Frog Beach Resort somehow, some way exceeded my already high expectations. This place is insanely nice, luxurious, fun, relaxing, beautiful and adventurous all in one. It's remote and rugged, yet extremely comfortable and has all the accommodations you'd ever want. I've been all over the world and this place is truly among the top of my list of places... More

Gorgeous beautiful island - that is very limited. One day this will be a great resort- but you are somewhat held captive.
