Does this hotel has a private beach?
Not officially private, but there is a beach through a gate at the end of the garden that is not busy. It is not the best beach in the world as rocky in places.

How long transfer time from airports ?
Between 3 and 3.5 hours. Depends on the time of the day. There are two sections ( roughly 20% ) of the drive that are not highway and speeds on those are dependent on whether it's peak traffic times or not.

Is the beach at this resort safe for swimming bcos I can see rocks in the pictures.
No, it's too dangerous. You just get a tuktuk up the road to one of the other beaches.
