Very nice rooms, great A/C, lovely setting and nice pool. Like most budget places in Sri Lanka, they don't make up the room during your stay or empty the bins. Still a nice place to stay and would definitely go back again.

Lovely big rooms and very comfy beds. Very quiet and relaxing place and we loved the pool. Only downside was the food was a little up & down. If you stick to the curries and Sri Lankan menu then it's great - western food not so much but serves us right trying to order that in Sri Lanka! Beer also...

We really enjoyed our stay here. Pretty, colorful colonial style buildings set in the forest with a nice pool and outdoor eating area. We were half board & all food was delicious. Typical of Sri Lanka, the staff were always friendly & helpful. Ideal location for visiting Sirigiya. The unpleasant toilets, unsafe open staircase beside the eating area & the...

Very simple hotel. A bit far from the center of the city but it always the use of a shortcut to get to the entrance of the sigiryia site. Bedrooms clean, with space. Clean bathroom. Towels and sheets are available. Wifi disconnects at 10 pm. Swimming pool was being cleaned so I did not use it. Good restaurant available.

The hotel has really large grounds with gardens, trees, and even a swimming pool... Rooms are large too but small detail on maintenance needs attention, for example faucet not working, shower pointing in the wrong direction, rusty knobs, etc

Our driver advised this place (we booked a car at a travelagent) in negombo to take us to the east coast with a night over and a visit to the budah in the cave) he honoustly told us that, besides it is a nice and quiet place with a pool, they have a good drivers quarters and diner for him....

This remote property feels like more of a family run establishment rather than a hotel. The rooms are basic and electricity is not guaranteed but you'll enjoy chatting with other guests in the open-air restaurant. Offers a glimpse view of Lion Rock and monkeys on the roof (no alarm clock necessary). Not sure why they have a pool.

That was the hotel I least enjoyed during my 15-day holidays in Sri Lanka mainly because I couldn't feel that the love and care put in managing the hotel. The room was good size with a comfortable bed, the bathroom is old and needs some upgrading. The swimming pool wasn't the cleanest and the breakfast was ok, nothing sensational. It...
