We have stayed at a couple of places in Dambulla some more expensive than this place and can assure people looking for an all-round excellent property in Dambulla this is the one. We looked at other resorts , boutique properties and we also stayed in some nearby chalets and they were all not up to international standards and did not...

Pros: Resort, Food and Pool are good. The rooms (we stayed on the 1st floor) are big and comfortable. The service staff at the restaurant and spa is skeletal but enthusiastic. Location is a bit remote but we thought it added to the charm of the place. Cons: Previous reviews are right, the wifi did not work the whole time...

This was our first hotel in Sri Lanka and what a surprise. After a busy drive from Colombo it was like another world when we drove into the resort - although in typical Sri Lankan fashion there was no easy way to get from the car park to the long walk to the reception area. The tricycle to carry your...

A very nice place to stay if you are headed to Sigiriya. The room decor seems a tad outdated but room is comfortable and there is nothing to complain about other than the fact that our room door kept jamming up. Had to call for help couple of times. Kid loved the bathtub. :) Ordered in room dining and food...

Built into the jungle this resort is tranquil and relaxing. The rooms are delightful and beautifully equiped. The retaurant offers a wide range of dishes and the pool is just superb. The squirels are a bit noisy at night, but hey! we are in the jungle.

We went here as the first stop on our honeymoon. They made our stay special. You get rooms with a plunge pool or jacuzzi. The hotel is located in the middle of a mangrove. They have their own vegetable plantation and the veggies are used in their cooking. The food is good. They have sheeisha which is a plus.

Stayed in room 208 on april 15. First impression quite good: nice bar and nice designed arrival area. Internet not working, manager excused, fine. The place is in the middle of nowhere so you have to eat there. Quality of food low end, the beef is so tough, impossible to eat. The rooms have been made the cheapest possible way,...

Absolutely stunning hands down. You feel like you are on another planet. If you are in need of some relaxation and rejuvenation this is the place to be. Staff was great. The pool is one of the best I've seen. Enjoy
