I was surprised by the high rating of this hotel and certainly had doubts about it but it turned out it absolutely deserves it. We loved our stay at the hotel. Everything was perfect. One of the cleanest hotels we've ever been! Personnel - all very kind, polite and helpful. Food was good. The place is very quiet but yet close to the center. Spa center was a bit small, but somehow cosy and comfortable and since there weren't many people it was pleasant and relaxing experience.

First thing that You will notice in this hotel is very pleasant stuff. food is very delicious, amenities are great, but people that are working in the hotel are his best value. We have enjoyed every second of our vacation there and it served us as a perfect base for our daily trips. Would definitely come back again in the future.

We had a good time in july. Hotel is realy good. We booked superior room and it was very large. Breakfast and dinner were delicious. Staff js very friendly. Wellness and spa are very clean. Inside pool is with salt water and it is very good.

We spent 2 days in Hotel Slatina in October. Hotel is new as they started 6 months ago with still visible, minor things to be completed/fine tuned. To avoid long story, this time I will try to rate main things which usually we all pay attention to.
Location: 5 (quite, close to center) Rooms: 5 (new, comfortable) Services: 3 (they were not ready for weekend and lots of guests so we faced lack of towels in welness, lack of plates in the dinner, one person in many roles etc. ) Food: 4 (dinner 3, breakfast 5) Welness: 4 (standard offer we see in many hotels of this kind) Personel: 4 (polite, approachable, flexible) Kids playground: 5 Total: 4 and we will come back again to check if they improved :-)

This hotel looks very nice and has a lot of potential, but this is NOT A FAMILY hotel as they claim. Good things first: rooms are very spacious, food is very good. Bad things: - Kids are allowed to use a swimming pool only from 10-15h. Who wants to go to the swimming pool with kids and to go out after that in the winter time. - Kids are not allowed to use Jacuzzi - Playroom has been rented out for some external birthday celebration from 15-19h. So we paid for the service that we couldn't use. So no swimming pool and no playroom have been available in the same time - Cartoons on all the time in the playground. We couldn't even agree with the girl working there to switch them off even when our child was the only one there.
We will definitely not come back until they change their rules. For the same price you would get much better service with no crazy restrictions in many other hotels (e.g. Olimp Zlatibor).All the families that were in a hotel shared the same opinion.
I hope that management will take this feedback seriously, improve the service and make this hotel a real family friendly hotel.

Dear Marija, Thank you for being our guest and for taking the time to leave us a review. We apologize that your time with us didn't meet all your expectations. Having in mind that our guests are people without children, as well as families, we have determined children hours (10 am-3 pm every day, except Mondays, when the hours are 11 am-3 pm) in our spa center so that every guest can experience what they came to our hotel for. The limitation of facilities that children can use (only saltwater pool and salt room) are determined based on health recommendations rather than anything else. When it comes to our playroom, it is open for birthday parties, so we apologize for this inconvenience and hope that it didn't affect your stay too much. The TV is usually on in the playroom since the kids love having something in the background while playing. Having said that, we do honor the wishes of all parents, and if the child is alone in the playroom or if all the children/parents agree, the TV is always turned off. Unfortunately, on the last day of your stay, the other children wanted to watch TV, therefore, the playroom employees couldn't turn it off as they did when your child was alone in there. Very nice small hotel with spacious rooms and good spa area. Staff were hospitable and helpful. Perfect location on the hill, very close to "Slatina" spring and just two minutes from the huge park. Maybe they should consider pool extension in the future and changing the bar status to "non-smoking".
