We stayed four nights at the Astoria, which is an excellent place to stay if you want a boutique style hotel in the old town. Comfortable, well appointed, good sized room, reasonable but not exceptional breakfasts. Very friendly, helpful, competent reception staff. Plenty of restaurants nearby; own beach and restaurant area. We were warned that there was to be music...

We were reading about this Restaurant, about there fresh produce out of there own garden and there high quality of food. Unfortunately we could not experience this. We had a Buratta which was Morzarella and the tomatoes tasteless. The meat was so bad that we didn't even finish it. Beside this they played super loud electronic music. All in all...

We had an a la Carte menu on the terrace as part of a Ryder Walker trekking tour of Montenegro. The terrace was outdoors with a lovely atmosphere and the service was impeccable. We had calamari for entrée cooked to perfection. We chose freshly caught fish for mains which was expertly dissected in front of us and beautifully served. It...

Not cheap but perfect location, beautiful beach, great restaurant and very pleasant staff particularly on reception they were helpful and friendly! Our room looked over the sea which was lovely each morning, there was lots of room and it was very clean! If I return to budva I'll be staying here again!

We didn't sleep at this hotel but the lunch at the side of the sea was fantastic! Very fast service great starter, nice and tasteful main course. The dessert was a Bom of chocolate it was a little to much and to big. Not in balance with the menu. View over the ocean fantastic

What a great time! Reception staff was fluent in English and helpful. While its true there is no car access to old town, it's a short distance to the Hotel in the medieval fort. You are walking distance to markets, food eateries and other stores. Our breakfast was included each day which we chose to have on the terrace facing...

I chose this hotel because I wanted to stay in old town and the Astoria in Kotor was wonderful. To its credit the hotel was clean and nothing was wrong with it. I was just expecting something nicer, with more character. If you were to compare it to U.S. standards I would say it might be a 3star. Things you...

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. On the 3rd floor with sea view. When looking from the beach, it certainly looked like we had the best room in the hotel. My guess would be that there are 5 rooms on the 3rd floor and 5 rooms on the second floor, making it a rather small hotel. Reception is...
