The location of the hotel is the ultimate place to be, it's so close to the transport systems. But the real highlight was dinner on our one night there.
The quality of every dish was really high and the service top notch.
The next morning breakfast was almost as good and overall

This was one of the fine places we stayed at during a trip to Sacred Valley. It is very classy and the staff are excellent. My only complaint was that this place uses too much frebreze or whatever kind of air freshener they use there. Lots of people are allergic to these air fres

Buen dia. Cual es el medio (los medios) de transporte desde el Aeropuerto hasta el hotel arribando el 29 de septiembre?
Sorry, can't be of much help. We had a private car transfer from Cusco Airport to our hotel in Sacred valley, then took the train from Sacred Valley to Machu Pichu.

We arrive in Cuzco on a Thursday morning and have a departing flight at 8:00am Saturday morning. That is all the time we could manage. Does he hotel have a shuttle that will get us to the airport on time for Saturday morning or should we stay in 2 hotels?
Hello, Getting to the airport in Cusco will require taking a combination of the train/taxi. You should ideally schedule a later flight to allow the time to check out and travel to Cusco Airport

Would like a room with my wife and our two kids (both over 18 years old). It only gives us the option for 3 people when we book. We would rather all be in the same room. Is there a way to book 4 people for one room and if yes, are there any fees for doing so?
I went with my parents and, in total, there were four of us. In the room where I stayed with my sister, there were three queen size beds... We even joked that we could all have stayed there, even if our other sister had been there We did't try to book everyone in the same room, so I don't know how that would work, but I garantee four adults can fit in one of those rooms...

What does "board, and half board means"? In terms of this hotel.
Half board is just breakfast and board is dinner and breakfast. We had both and the food is outstanding !!!! The dinner was a 6 course meal that was presented beautifully and the food was all as good as the lovely presentation. Breakfast was wonderful too !

Do you have an elevator? We would like to have a river view room and would like the room that was pictured that has 2 full/queen beds and a bathroom with a shower that had a flat entrance (no lip or step into) We are looking at dates for the end of June, 2018 or first of July, 2018. Thank You Carol Hambleton
There is two elevators at the hotel, for any enquire please write to Jose at reservations. regards
