Clean comfy beds, clean bath, hot hot hot water, dehumedifier and space heater in room, great for drying out clothes and shoes after rainy hikes. Tv in room, no fridge or microwave but excellent breakfast with real eggs, juice, avocado woooww yummy. Friendly staff.

Stayed here for one night before an early morning at Machu Picchu, and it ended up being one of the more luxury-style accommodations during our (mostly budget-minded) time in Peru. The rose-petals-and-chocolate bedspread treatment was such a delight after a long day of traveling, and we had a nice view and a tub with jets, too. The breakfast buffet was...

When are arrived to the hotel, there was a sign saying they moved. The people who worked there were extremely friendly. Appearance and cleanliness were top notch. However, it was weird that the shower area didn't have it's own door to get ready since we were staying in a room with two beds, so my friend had to "close her...

We stayed here one night after completing our 4 day trek to Machu Picchu. The room was very clean and inviting. The staff was very kind and helpful. We had some confusion with our tour group/tickets and they went out of their way to help us get it sorted out. They are located within easy walking distance of shops, restaurants,...

We were in the La Cabana that is located down the road from the hot springs. Walking distance to the centre of town. Our room was quiet and big with rose petals scattered over the comfortable bed. The bathroom had been recently renovated and the free wifi worked well. The Standard tasty breakfast and the hotel reception spoke good English.

They messed up our reservation so we had to switch rooms between the two hotels they operate. Rooms our updated but not very well. The tub leaked in 1 room and the other room the door didn't lock. Had to rig up our own locking system so we could sleep at night. We brought it up to them and nothing...

We stayed for one night after the Inca Trail and it was a good choice. It is located in the main road, surrounded by restaurants and shops, very near to the Hot Springs. The room was nice, not particularly big but still comfortable. The staff was very nice and gave us good welcome and useful recommendations for Aguas Calientes and...

The staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating. From changing our allotted rooms to personally assisting in trying to amend my friends bookings, they continued to offer assistance beyond their scope. Thankyou so much.

One of the ritzier, fancy places in Aguas, La Cabana has two locations. We were at the executive location near the train station. It was totally clean and the facilities were brand new. Each junior suite had a waterfall shower and a brand new two person jacuzzi. The beds were huge king sized and very comfortable bedding. I wish we...

We stayed two nights on our trip to Machu Picchu. The hotel sent a staff to fetch us from the train. Nice touch. As the hotel was pretty empty we got a room on the top with a huge bath with a jacuzzi tub. Nice. Though plumbing had an issue and there was no water though it was quickly fixed....
