It's all been said already. Location is great and next to train station. You'll hear the trains but doesn't matter. The grounds are beautiful And the staff goes the extra mile to give you a great experience.

This Hotel is outstanding; the location, grounds, rooms, staff and service is tremendous! You can go on a birding tour right on the grounds led by a naturalist. It is walking distance to a quaint town has a great restaurant on site. Spots to chill and rest after a long day at the Machu Picchu.

Peaceful and calm hotel after the excitement of Machu Picchu visit. We stayed for two nights to get the most out of the hotel and the guided tours offered in the hotel grounds which are full of of birds and plants. We managed to fit in four tours which we really enjoyed, the guides were really enthusiastic and helped us...

I love this hotel. We stayed here as part of a group tour. The grounds are pristine. Lovely gardens, lovely birds, lovely lemon scent in our room. After hiking the Inca trail and visiting Machu Picchu, the complimentary Tea time at 4:00 p.m. was such a welcomed surprise. Service is top notch, staff is welcoming and friendly. I wish I...

Wondeful atmosphere and you feel like you are in the jungle. Many species of birds, butterfly and orchids can be observed in the gardens. The hotel is also eco-friendly taking absolute care to protect the environment. Service, rooms, food and the personnel are excellent. Be sure to stay there if you are going to Machu Picchu.

We wanted to stay longer and linger at Inkaterra Machu Picchu Pueblo Hotel. The grounds are worth visiting on their own let alone the hotel itself. So many beautiful birds and flowers everywhere we looked. Even an Andean bear rescue center on the grounds- how unique. Very eco-conscious hotel, which I try to look for whenever possible. The casita/villa was...

This hotel is amazing we were upgraded to a suite and had our own lounge room with fire as well as a heated plunge pool. You can lie in bed and just stare out as the rainforest. Like many reviewers I wish we had stayed more than one night as the excursions on offer at the hotel itself transcend even...

Highly recommend this beautiful property -- service was top notch, food was delicious (be sure to have their quinoa pancakes for breakfast!) and the property itself gorgeous. We booked a tour of Machu Picchu thru the hotel, Jose was our guide and he was simply incredible!! Without him, I don't think our group of ladies would have made it up...

Beautiful surroundings and a comfortable second story room made me wish we were staying more than one night. We weren't able to experience all of the amenities so I recommend staying longer. The food was good at all of the meals and the staff was helpful. Shops are just a short walk away as was the train station. Great location...

The setting is amazing. The grounds are beautiful. The staff were very friendly. The food was good.... But it wasn't at the level of luxury I was expecting. The rooms and bathrooms need updating. There was far too much noise carry-over between rooms - perhaps the hotel should instate a "respect protocol" as I have seen in other hotels? Room...
