This hotel is situated right on top of the hill. We stayed here for three nights on the 5th floor that has a balcony. We were treated to lovely views from the rooms. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms are neat and clean and spacious. Breakfast was the standard breakfasts that get served in hotels in Peru. It...

Really enjoyed our 2 night stay at this hotel. Great friendly front desk staff in a modern hotel at the top end of the town. A bit of an uphill walk from the train station, but in a quiet section of the town. Breakfast was included and a decent spread. Rooms were clean, comfy, and a good size as well....

Recently completed a three-night stay at this nice hotel. We were here for Dec 30, New Year's, and New Year's Day. Hotel staff was very friendly and totally accommodating. Desk manager gave us great recommendations for restaurants, helped arrange for us to have box lunches to take to Machu Picchu. Those lunches were $10 each. So much in each box...

The service at the front desk is good, and ifyou need to store your luggage (for example when going to Machu Picchu), the hotel will bring it to the railway station for you free of charge. Our room was very clean and confortable

We chose Taypikala for a one-night stay after visiting Machu Picchu. The hotel ison the high part of the city after a long, gentle climb from the station. The staff will come down and pick up your luggage for you so you won't have to carry them up. They will also take them to the station for you when you're...

This hotel sits at the top of a main street in Aquas Calientes, with a small town square out front and impressive carvings and statues outside. Our room was on the 4th floor and quiet with two comfy beds and windows the entire width of the room. There is one elevator so we often just walked up, but that was...

It reminds me a lot of Nepal especially namche bazaar but with trains and cars. The hotel is great room 501 worth doing and very friendly staff who met us at the train station and walked us up to the hotel. Nearby there are Loads of eateries and bars and tons of shops selling Peruvian souvenirs.

We decided to book the Taypikala hotel because of the reviews. It is a very good hotel at the end of the main street in Aguascalientes and next close to the thermal waters. The manager Carlos Canales was very accommodating to our various needs and his assistance was immense. We thank him for that. Food is good, I would say...

great hotel, very pleased, its teh farthest away from the train and bus area but takes only ten minutes to walk to it and the village you walk through is terrific - it was an unexpected surprise how much there was to do and see in the area. Service was excellent and the place was clean, restaurant in hotel was...

I picked this hotel for our two night stay in Aguas Calientes based on the stunning views from the rooms. We were not greeted at the train station but we found our way to the hotel. My boyfriend and I were upgraded to a suite upon arrival and our room was very large and had the beautiful views I was...
