Our room was superb with a view over the river - the bed was wonderfully comfortable , we had the best nights sleep since arriving in Peru. We booked the hotel direct and the staff from beginning to end have been extremely helpful, friendly and very efficient, we can't thank them enough for making our stay so enjoyable The hotel...

The location of this hotel is great! I got off Perurail train and the hotel was just across the railway. The queuing spot for the shuttle bus up to Machu Picchu is also really close to the hotel, like 2 mins walk. I stayed for 2 nights. The room is very cozy and it comes with jacuzzi, so you can...

My group spent a few nights hiking the Salkantay Trek before arriving in Aguas Calientes and checking into this hotel. After three days of hard work and smelling pretty bad, this hotel was a much-needed recharging point. The room was large and inviting, and the bathroom was well appointed with a great shower and jacuzzi tub. The hotel is very...

We were generally pleased with this hotel for a number of reasons. First, the staff was very friendly, helpful, and attentive. Particularly Liz Nidia who went out of her way to make sure that we had everything we needed to be comfortable. She also personally walked us to the place where bus tickets to Machu Picchu were sold. Our room...

Really happy with this choice as not sure what I would get when there. The lady at check in was most helpful, always walked me to the recommended restaurants. The room was very large and so was the bathroom. Mine had a jacuzzi. The wifi was good for a remote place like this and the breakfast really excellent. Can't think...

We were pleasantly surprised by our Aqua Caliente Accommodations. We were greeted by a pleasant hostess who escorted us to our riverside room. She proudly gave us a brief tour of the rooms features and seemingly newly remodeled bathroom including a large jacuzzi tub. After a long day of trekking at Machu Pichu, the bubble bath plus salts was very...

Wow! We were so lucky to stay in this fabulous hotel, hosted by the lovely Liz. Liz and her staff were very helpful and accommodating to our needs. The Jacuzzi bath was a big bonus, after doing the 4 day inca trail. I would definitely recommend staying at this fantastic hotel.

Friendly, helpful staff, central location in this tiny town, and a cozy room. Our room was on the lobby floor facing the river -- it was literally over the roaring river. Although it was cool and damp at first, a maid lit an alcohol fire in the hearth and it soon felt fine. The large jacuzzi tub held plenty of...

Arrived and was met at the station. Quaint position on the railway and close to the town and buses to Machu Picchu. Seconds away from everything. Made very welcome and a beautiful luxurious room. Good quality bedding and very cosy bed. Enjoyed the jacuzzi bath and room facilities. Lovely view of the river. The river is loud if you are...

The Hatun was recommended and booked by our travel agent. We were advised to ask for a room in the back to avoid (actually lessen) the noise from the railroad. The 3rd floor room was clean, large and attractive with a king bed and a large bath that included a large walk in shower plus a spa tub. The room...
