I and my husband, Darold, had the good fortune of staying at this B&B the nights of June 9 & 10. We had arrived fairly late on the evening of the 9th. The woman who was working that night was so kind in getting us registered and making us feel quite comfortable right away. We asked about guides for Machu...

We waited too long to book our tickets for the train so we found ourselves needing a place to stay in Aguas Calientes for a night. I found a good rate here compared to other places in the area. When we arrived someone from the hotel greeted us an led us to the hotel. We quickly checked in and were...

Pros - The staff were very accommodating! A worker from the hotel was waiting at the train station when we landed and brought umbrellas for us, as it was torrential down pour when we arrived. Definitely much appreciated - I was able to store my food that I had brought in the hotel fridge and allowed me to use their...

This place is a rip off. It started at the train station, they would pick us up, actually nobody showed up . We found it by asking locals on the street. Halfway to the hotel some lady crossed us on the street in a rush, we noticed she had a sign on her coat she was from the hotel. We...

Good morning, Messrs Advisor, Mr. visitor, we respond to what is written. Everything written, does not approach anything like what is Inca terraces. I can only say that we were wrong and we gave the wrong room, a thousand apologies. But there is difference in price from 01 twin and double room price Triple room 01. Our mistake and we...

Toilet seat was broken and they could not fix it. Staff very nice. They advertise as four star. Definitely not four star, either two or three, for this town probably three. They give a box lunch which is a great idea but food not too high quality.

The folks there were extremely nice, very hard working and honest. I didn't spend much time in the hotel, but I really felt comfortable when I was there. The rooms were clean, the bed was comfortable, and the lobby was inviting.

This hostel is located a bit further from the bus and train stations than others, which is perfect because you hear the soothing sounds of the river instead of the noise of the transit systems. We stayed here one night before an early morning start to Machu Picchu. Luckily, breakfast starts at 4:30am because of the many people leaving early....

Pros: Beautiful, open air lobby, nice room, hot showers, seconds at breakfast, train station escort to hotel, luggage storage, use of lobby later in day. Cons: We booked with a $10 discount, but apparently they didn't record that. They honored it, but it took a few minutes to get management authority. Location: By the river (nice white noise for sleeping),...

The receptionists here were very nice and helpful when we arrived. The room itself was nice, though the whole time we were there there was a damp smell probably because we were in the jungle. The breakfast was ok. Overall a very average hotel.
