Not worth the money. The hotel was fine, but for 20$ a night more in Cusco, we stayed at Casa San Blas, which offered true luxury and comfort. Santuario is taking advantage of the fact that you are stuck in Aguas Calientes with many not great options. Also, our daughter's andian migration card was lost and this was the only...

Nice hotel, close by the city center. Good rooms with nice beds. Had a very good breakfast. Only downside is the noises from the busses which start early in the morning. The hotel is very close by Machu Picchu. From the lobby you have a nice view over the river.

We stayed here 1 night before our trip to Machu Picchu. The hotel is an easy downhill walk from the station. Our room overlooked the street and had 2 double beds. It was very comfortable and it was lovely listening to the sound of the nearby river. There are restaurants and gift shops throughout the whole town and it's totally...

While the hotel was nice, clean, and the staff friendly, don't trust them with your valuables. They assured us our luggage would be safe with them when we checked out and they would have it delivered on time to the train station after our trip up the mountain. That all happened, however, when I was on the train and went...

This hotel is charming, the staff is super helpful. The supervisor, Angie, was especially helpful to me. I developed an allergy, and she found me an antihisamine to calm it down. We very much enjoyed our stay at the Santuario Hotel, would stay there again if we return to Machu Picchu and thoroughly recommend the hotel to others. It is...

In a town that has expanded too fast and not well, this is a decent hotel choice. It is just a few minutes' walk from the Machu Picchu bus queue, and it is clean, quiet and nicely decorated with Spanish colonial pieces. The staff is very accommodating, and the beds are quite comfortable. Request a balcony room that faces the...

This was just an overnight stop for our trip to Machu Picchu. The rooms were clean, modern and comfortable with the usual space heater. Do not confused this with the Hostel El Santuario which is up the street.

When we arrived by train to Aguas Calientes, a employee of the hotel was waiting for us. He was there to take any bags to the hotel that we didn't want to bring on our tour of Machu Picchu. This was very convenient, but we didn't have any bags we wanted to part with. After our tour, we checked into...

This hotel is clean, well kept, and everything works well. The internet is free, fast, and worked well throughout our room. Our room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The staff, was friendly and spoke English very well. There is a great breakfast in the morning. This hotel is adjacent to the Vilcanota River, so from our balcony...

Nice hotel. Good location. Breakfast was good. Staff very nice and pleasant. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, area quiet. You could hear the river water rushing by, but it wasn't overly loud, and actually made it easy to fall asleep. I'd stay again.
