I stayed here for one night. The hotel is next to the main Eko hotel and a newer version. The ambiance is nice and hotel is located in Victoria Island of Lagos. It is a popular hotel and also very busy.
Check in and check out was a breeze. Breakfast was ok, many options. My room was big but there wasn’t any hot water.

I had the pleasure of staying at the Eko Signature suites and definitely a plus for the hotel Brand as well as Lagos it definitely puts it on the map. This is how hotels should be plush , luxurious and beautiful and to the team that incorporated and brought all this together this well done!
The staff and management were absolutely awesome and very welcoming from reception to waiters etc. Management a big thank you to Charmaine Marais you were most helpful .
My room was decadent to say the the least and would not hesitate in returning it definitely lived up to my expectations. Loved the idea of the expresso machine in the room a nice touch. Beds and pillows were comfortable so were the gown and slippers not fogetting the amenities.
I love Italian food and the wine pairing was awesome and not short of ambience.
Definately an excellent initiative . Thumbs up to Charmaine Marais whom I believe was instrumentel in bringing it altogether . Well done to you and your team .

My wife & I stayed a night at the Eko Signature. Commendably, the hotel room is big & spacious, neatly arranged with a sitting area and a reading table. The decor was quite nice and simple. The bathroom is also spacious and of a very decent size although there was no body lotion, just the soap and shampoo. I also noticed that the bathroom floor was stained, which could have been taken care of. The major negative for me was the staff attitude. The attitude of the hotel staff in the breakfast room was very poor, rude & unfriendly. They passed snide remarks at guests that don’t understand the local language. I witnessed this first hand while I was there. The room floor staff were very polite and warm during our visit.

Huge and comfortable room. Everything looked nice and shiny. Would have earned a better rating from me if not for the terrible experience in the shower. The air con was set to a freezing 19deg Celsius and I made the mistake of committing to the shower thinking that it'll be straightforward. There were 2 showers, one outside the bathtub and one inside. The hot water took forever to come on so I had to wait very long. When it came, the floor trap started flooding and could flood into the rest of the bathroom. So I moved into the bathtub and tried to work the shower there. No luck for hot water after a few minutes and I was shivering like in a winter country. Ended up using the outside shower inside the bathtub, thankfully the hose was long enough else had to choose between flooding or shivering. Not a pleasant experience at all.
Oh while I was fiddling with the showers saw lots of little hair left behind by previous occupant, definitely not mine. cleaning was not thorough.

My Mum's 77th birthday dinner celebration was at Eko Signature Restaurant. We were met with a beautiful, courteous and happy team of staff, who welcomed my family with such warm hospitality. I have never experienced such "wow" customer service in any Lagos restaurant, like we did at Eko Signature Restaurant. The Restaurant Manager, Massimo Priore, was impeccably pleasant, he was extremely welcoming and ensured, we were given the right ambience, nice choice of food and wine and of course Great Service.
The food is divine, nice presentation and we loved the ambience. I recommend Eko Signature to anyone who appreciates and enjoys eating Good Italian/ Continental cuisine.
Unique Customer Service, fantastic Food and a beautiful compliment of staff to make the visit memorable. I love Eko Signature, and would definitely be back again! Thank you Mr Massimo Priore and your team!

I've been at Eko Signature Hotel since 15th November 2015 with a planned 10 day stay. 6 days into my stay and I am absolutely impressed with the level of Customer Service of all the staff. From the reception to the waitering staff to the Manager, there is a consistent level of professionalism. In all of my travels throughout the world, I've never experienced this level of excellent service. I had a long chat to one of the waiters in the lounge and he attributed his performance to his Manager Jacques. I had the opportunity to meet Jacques on several occasions during my stay as he went out of his way to make me feel welcome. At the time I did not realise that he was the Manager. The rooms, the meals, the ambience, all of an exceptionally high standard. Thank you!

A great place to stay on business in Lagos .. The service is consistent / personalized and friendly.
After a full day in the busy fast moving city of Lagos, you come back to a calm / clean and quiet room. A great room service menu ! And the food was amazing / try the lamb chops.
The property has other hotels under the same name and large enough with exciting activities every night. The buzz in the property aligns to the realm of possibilities that I believe depict the state of the country.
I am falling in love with Lagos with every visit and the EKO signature is another example of why .., so next time you are in Lagos for business or holiday ..stay at the Eko Signature..

I must say the Eko Signature Hotel is a great Hotel in Lagos. I am so pleased to see such a great Hotel in Africa, comparable to any hotel worldwide. The Rooms are beautiful, comfortable and the Nespresso machine is great touch in the morning. The beds and pillows are very comfortable not to forget the free amenities. The restaurant breakfast is great and the staff is very friendly and professional. I also asked for the egg menu´ and there is a variety of choices not to mention the breakfast buffet, small but presented with choices. One morning I was in a rush and workout perfectly. The fresh Cappuccino served with a smile on it made my day. What can I say The Italian food is awesome. Even being in Africa it’s just like eating in Italy. The fresh cooked dishes and presentation with the combination of wine was delightful “MMMMMM “really good. I can’t wait to come back .

This is the "upmarket" and newest wing of the Eko Hotel. Certainly better than the original but still falling short on quality of other hotels in Lagos. The bedrooms are sizeable and well equipped but have a very strange shower arrangement, with a faulty design that often results in some flooding of the bathroom, unless you are very quick. Staff were very friendly and pretty professional. Breakfast was hit and miss - the staff finding it hard to understand what order was required - and pretty average truthfully. The large bar was excellent as were the staff and management, with free snacks offered in the early evening. An excellent initiative.
