This is a beautiful hotel full of beautiful people! My room with a balcony was beautiful. Every department made my stay a pleasant one. Security was on point making sure that the guest was protected. Housekeeping cleaned the room as is expected daily and refilled the complementary items without request. We ate breakfast everyday which was complimentary, the well seasoned food was delicious. The front desk people made an effort to always remember my name, they would stand up and greet my family and I each time. I never went without lights or air conditioning, these things are necessary for me. We patronized the movie theater, we utilized the outdoor areas at the Ebony Life and each time was enjoyable. We ordered room service from all the restaurants offered there and the food was tasty. We had so many interactions and could not possibly mention everyone. Shining star awards to: beautiful Meredith, Savior with his brilliant smile, and last but not least David with his pleasant demeanor. Finally I decided to stay at the hotel because of the manager Sunday O. Sampson. He is a great salesman , after he showed me the facility I stopped looking elsewhere.

This hotel mannnn! if you haven’t experienced it and you live in Lagos then come off it!🤣 Just visit and come thank me later! Everyone says ‘customer satisfaction is our watch word’ but do they really live up to it? White Orchid literally lives and breathes for its customers. I sat down and hoped that they make enough profit because how can the room rate be so affordable (of course affordable is relative) yet, great customer experience? From the moment you step in till you leave, you will feel valued! The staffs are just good for the business….they are polite, professional and go the extra mile to see that you are satisfied! The facility is great! Don’t get me started on the fluffy pillow( I wish I could take it home with me🤣), or the attention to details in their interior decor ( I carefully observe things like this 😆), the food, the welcome fruit tray, Literally everythingggg.
To top it off, I brought my company’s management team here and Ebony Life place X White Orchid’s services didn’t embarrass me( I rarely feel this satisfied when I take my office staff for retreats).

Complain related to my stay in White orchid hotel from the 23 February to the 28 February 2022:
The only good thing about this hotel is the friendliness of the staff. For instance, I was told when I checked in that I might have to change rooms for the last two days of my stay but that I would be notified. However, I was notified at 12:20 p.m. for a move that was required for 1.00 pm. I asked to speak to the manager and explained to her that it was really not right to treat customers like that. How would they have done if I had left in the morning for the whole day ? In the end, I accepted to move in order to be correct, so I had to cancel an appointment to be able to make this move on time. But the height is that while I tried to respect the deadline of 1 pm, when I went to the new room the cleaning was not finished. I find this way of doing anything unprofessional. Almost no member of staff wears a mask, including those who provide maintenance.

Having read previous reviews I was pleasantly surprised at what I found at this hotel. The room was spotless , bed very comfortable and the breakfast was really good. The complex has a swimming pool , restaurants a roof top bar no need to go out!! Looking forward to returning on my next trip to Lagos!

Everything was superb. I enjoyed the service, the food, the space & the extra facilities. The aesthetics made our pictures really pop.
The welcome mock tail & fruit platter, an absolute delight! The only problem is I wished I booked for longer!

Perfect conditions and staff. I loved it there. It was very modern and place was very tidy. Facilities were very nice. You could order anything from restaurants which they would bring. It was also very tasty. Staff was helping with anything they could.

Sunday the manager and the amazing staff are just one of the highlights of our wonderful stay at the White orchid hotel. The rooms are A1 and the breakfast was wonderful. There is a great rooftop bar and cinema to complement the hotel. Highly recommended.

I love everything about the room and the room service is efficient. The complementary drinks are amazing it surely looks like am in dubai or somewhere out of nigeria chilling, you guys surely knows how to host a guest with your staffs and magnificent touch of simplicity in your decor.

Quiet good place to be in Lagos. Quality breakfast and friendly staff all together. We were given a tour by the manager and shown other parts of the resort with cinema, restaurants and swimming pool. Would definitely visit again to enjoy it.
