It starts with beggars on the parking lot. Reception is unfriendly and unprofessional. Rooms are very old and were once nice but have been allowed to be run down. Not sure how clean they are but we got some flee bites. Restaurant is smelly and we went out for dinner. Breakfast is poor. Wifi in main lobby and outside only....

The hotel looks very nice in the garden and reception and also in many details but maintance in very necessary about the rooms and also a much better breakfast. The shower is bad so the shampoo and soap they give you. The beds are good. The hotel seems that lost the golden age if it had one better try to...

We stayed in January 2017. We were on a tour, and our tour group was the only set of guests in the hotel! The rooms were cute and nicely decorated. The staff had turned the heat in the rooms on prior to our arrival, which was lovely. Dinner was good and in a gorgeous dining room. They have beer and...

The hotel is nice from the outside (architecture, tile and window detailing) but the interior is TERRIBLE! The bedroom smelled bad, is was dirty (very dirty!), the sheets, curtains and sofa were stained, some furniture was broken (including the lamps). The staff in the reception was not nice, specially after our complaint, after witch they reluctantly changed the sheet from...

This is a gorgeous hotel. The architecture, tile and window detailing, pool, and palm trees are beautiful. That said, the hotel desperately needs maintenance. My roommate and I had to switch rooms after check in because our shower head did not work. Also, staff was rude...the entire hotel had only 5 guests, and our server complained about making change. Otherwise,...

Dinner and breakfast was horrible. The hotel rooms are run down and falling to pieces. We had no water and were then changed to another room at 9pm! Water was brown. Next morning at 5.30 again no water. Barely any guests. The whole place looks dirty and dingy. Towels are old and grey. whole place is depressing

I have known Palais Asmaa since 2009 and like the garden and pool area, but it is such a pity to let that hotel small together run down. Everything needs to be taken and refurbished: the rooms are large and beautiful but one always needs to get back to the reception: lights bulbs missing, phone not working, sink stuck, water running...

The place needs lots of work. The paint is peeling; our sink plug did not work; the white towels were grey and had holes in them; the light over the sink was burnt out and there were only 2 hangers in the closet. The food was okay but the juice at breakfast tasted like it came from a can. WiFi...

During a roundtrip we stayed there for one night. The garden area and the Rezeption are looking great. Typical maroccan architecture and a great garden with pool. The rooms have a lot of unused potential. The balcony which had a view to a lot of Palm trees was not clean so we did not use it but instead choose a...

We spent one night in the hotel and it was disappointing. The room had old furnitures and didn't seem particularly clean. The wifi is working only on the ground floor, not in the rooms. The garden is big and beautiful, but too dirty. Dinner and breakfast really average, but still the place was not very clean.
