This was meant to be the pivotal point of our road trip from Marrakech to the Sahara We arrived in a awful sandstorm and within seconds of arriving we where made to feel very unwelcome , my friend and the guy at reception started to have a argument and then he turned his attention to me and aimed his anger...

All in all, this 5 year old hotel is decent value with great service. Some of the staff spoke excellent English (and more) and was genuinely concerned about our stay. The meal they prepared was excellent as well. The poolside seemed appealing but we didn't use it. The shower pressure was iffy and the toilet bowl was rocky, but we're...

The best part of this experience are the people that run it, they couldn't be more friendly, always with a smile on their faces! The rooms are tastefully decorated, dinning on the patio takes you to another space and time and the desert overnight is amazing. Fantastic experience!

Looking out of our bedroom window at first you see the dunes of the Sahara up close, changing its colors all day. Next you see the swimming pool and the beautiful terraces everywhere where you can have breakfast, lunch etc. Inside there is a big comfortable lounge, berber-style, but cosy with overall good wifi. We enjoyed our two-day+ stay here....

Stayed in Kasbah Azalay for one night to visit the dunes of Erg Cheby. The hotel is a classic small kasbah (like six rooms), at the foot of the dunes. The owner and employees are extemelly nice and hospitable amd feel you feel at home. Do not expect much luxury here: basic accomodation, everything very clean, nice rustic decoration and...

Our stay at Kasbah Azalay was fantastic. Great location, very good food, polite and helpful customer service. Hotel also organizes "night in the desert" experience. Riding a camel and staying in a camp between dunes is quite an experience.

Perfect place with a beautiful view over the dunes and very kind and welcoming staff. We both arrived and departed by bus (Supratours) and the staff provided us with free shuttle service. We expected the desert to be more expensive then other parts of Morocco, but prices here where only slightly elevated. During our stay we had a very good...

The kasbah is run and owned by 6(or 7?) brothers. We can only be very positive about everyting in the kasbah: hospitality, swimming pool with a great view, excellent dinner and breakfast, camel tour trip to the dessert, ... I would especially thanks Hamid for his help. My daughter became sick the day before we arrived at the Kasbah. He...

The brothers sure know how to run a hotel. They made me feel welcome and comfortable from the moment we arrived: exactly what we needed after a long day of driving. It was like we were staying in some sort of sand castle with a million dollar view over the soft pink sand dunes of the Erg Chebbi desert. You...

Arriving at the Kasbah late in the evening and after a very long, long journey from Marrakech we were all greeted by Mohammed and Youssef with a wonderful dinner. To our delight our room for 4 was very spacious, clean, with a pretty décor to complement the ambience, a giant king bed plus 2 twin beds. The staff is very...
