We stayed at Dar Echcheaouen as part of a private 2-week tour of Morocco. We stayed for 3 nights at this lovely property. Our "room" was set up the hill - almost 200 steps above the main part of the hotel among the trees - with a stunning view. Our room was actually a suite - with a spacious sitting...

I´ve just come back from a group trip in Morocco. Chefchaouen is definitely a highlight of this trip and the stay in this amazing hotel made it even better. We stayed in a small villa with two bedrooms with private bathroom. The common living-room included a small fridge. Facilities were clean and it was quiet (although you can be waken...

My wife found this wonderful hotel online through Tripadvisor and we were so happy we did!! From the incredible room to the view and the hotel restaurant, everything was immaculate. A Dar set above the village. Stunning views with individualised rooms. It does require steps to access. Has a pool, restaurant and the most picturesque photo opportunities. Wifi accessible in some rooms, good in the central and pool area

I had the privilege of travelling to a few towns during my recent trip to Morocco, and the town of Chefchaouen was the most memorable and magical. Our stay in Dar Echchaouen played a huge role in making our stay so incredible. The food was authentic and delicious, made of the freshest ingredients. The entire atmosphere of the Riad was...

Just spent a wonderful two nights here with my family. Very grateful to the Dar Echchaouen team for such a nice place. Beautiful views, comfortable rooms and reasonable rates. It's my favorite hotel in Morocco!

A hotel perched on the side of the Riff Mountains, with a majestic view of the Blue city. Our suite was spacious and traditionally designed. The restaurant was simply beautiful with a lovely candlelight set up at dinner. The staff were efficient and helpful. Our only regret was we sholud've stayed longer.

This is a very nice hotel. It is outside of the old town area but an easy walk to town about 5-8 mins. The rooms are lovely and are in villas. Most seem to have three rooms per villa. There is a swimming pool if you are there in summer. Breakfast was nice.

This boutique hotel has some serious stairs, so if you have problems with your knees, find another hotel. It is conveniently located near the old town, or medina, but a bit of a walk from the markets and casbah. A taxi may be required if you want to go to the new town. The hotel seems to be popular with...
