My partner and I travel back to Coral Redang Island Resort every year from Australia. Fell in love with it on first visit. Malaysian style resort on beach with great staff and atmosphere. Fall out of your room onto white sand then into clear blue warm water. My partner dives and rates it very high. Daily snorkelling trips out off...

We stayed at one of the villas. The room was adequate, yes there were no tea/ coffee making facilities as many have complained, but everything else was fine. The rooms were failry large, there was a balcony from where you could see the sea, the beach was your own and the food was excellent. We had a snorkelling package which allowed...

We stayed in the newly renovated suites - of which there are only two which was like a spacious one bedroom house - right on the beach. Nice decor, most importantly aircon to lounge and bedroom. I think we had to request for the spare bed which was set up in the lounge as a day bed (bit rickety but...

We stayed in the superior rooms, which are effectively standalone two storey houses with one room on each floor. Rooms are very basic even though the bungalows are newly built (less than a year as of Jun 2012). No hair dryer, no hot water flask. We had to borrow a kettle from the kitchen if you want some tea at...

For the 9 of us, we chose to book only rooms without the package as we travelled with 2 babies, 1 child + 1 senior and didn't have time to go on all the snorkeling trips packaged. Getting there: After an hour flight to Redang Island, we took a 5 minute land transfer to the jetty at RM25 per vehicle....

Stayed for 5d/4n and experienced both types of rooms. The resort has the standard-stayed 2 nights and deluxe-stayed 2 nights. Minimal price difference. There is also the suite but wasn't interested for the price. I wanted a quiter hotel compared to the rest on this beach(long beach). What to say the deluxe is new and is well taken care by the...

I booked 3d/2n snorkeling package, standard room... I was shocked when I stepped into the room. Basically, nothing in the room. The staff knew I am travel alone, but still got 2 beds in room. And the blankets are moist. Found dead insects in soap dispenser... The air conditioner was dripping with water for 3 days... In the washroom, when...

we booked a 3d/2n snorcheling package and had a very relaxing stay. It was no problem to add a third bed in the children's room and the buffet had excellent food for everybody (included french fries for the kids). Everybody was very friendly and also helpful in organizing the speed boat to and from Merang Jetty. I appreciated the wifi...

We stayed here with their 3 days/2 nights all included snorkeling package. The snorkeling was great on the 3 snorkeling trips included! We saw a big shark, barracudas and many other fish when we snorkeled. We also spotted many turtles from the boat. One good thing with this place is that you can snorkle from the beach in front of...

We have recently returned from the Coral Redang Resort on Palau Redang. We found it a very comfortable and friendly place to stay with magnicient beach frontage. You can literally walk straight off the edge of the resort across the beach and then snorkel in aqua blue water. My husband went on several dive trips and rated them pretty high...
