We went SWV for a short trip. Stayed 3 days 2 nights there. Their room was nice, windly and clean. Service also good enough. This resort was mainly to relax, you might feel boring as you got nothing to do at night. Water was clear and clean. You just feel you were in a middle of big sea. This was...

The first time that I had visited Mabul was 2years ago but was staying at another resort, that was when I saw SWV and I had recommend this resort to my families members. On year 2008 they had booked and stayed at SWV and was really impressed with all their service and snorkeling trips especially to Sipadan Island. So we...

fantastic location to stay with good food and comfortable rooms. Divers location only, well run and very very helpful. Local diving excellent for small stuff, perfect macro photo, subjects galore, overall local uw site impession is quite disappointing, with dead coral and bland, but good for macro criters as said!!. Sipidan excellent if you can get a permit for more...

Why practice diving in a pool when you can experience reef-life swim past you while acquiring important skills. We were warned that starting our lifelong diving adventure here may spoil us for future excursions - perhaps this is true. After a somewhat bumpy boat ride to the island, smiling staff greeted us with mocktails, briefed us on the island and...

I have never been to any beach resort as great as this place. The services were excellent. We were warmly greeted when we arrived and departed. It is situated about 45 minutes from the mainland and 15 minutes from Sipadan. We managed to snorkel at Kapalai, Mabul and Sipadan! Yes, in snorkeled Sipadan! One word to describe Sipadan.... AWESOME! Next...

We stayed at SWV for 5 nights over Christmas 2008. The setting is spectacular, and the resort has everything you need, but there are a few major drawbacks - the settlement on Mabul island seem to use the beach as a rubbish bin - the accommodation feels a bit tired and could do with a refurb - the service felt...

Sipadan Water Village, always knowned as SWV. I went to stay there with a group of friends in June. I had a great time, and think this is one of the best resorts on Mabul Island. Mabul Island is a 20 min boat ride to Sipadan. The dive centre was nice, and well organised, everyone had a locker to keep their...

stayed here in May this year, decided to upgrade to the delux suites with a a jacuzzi - well worth it imo - huge apartment and great sitting in a Jacuzzi at night - there is little else to do here apart from dive and read....and all the other relaxing stuff. Though they did a very good job of stiffing...

Ever imagined holidaying on a fish tank......This is what this unique resort offers. From the moment you arrive you are made to feel like royalty. Upon arrival each guest receive a personalised greeting from the staff on the deck, where you are lead to the main lounge area and served an amazing fruit coctail. The check-in was super efficient, informative...
