Hari Raya will be really pack and crowded all over the tourist area, because hari raya is a Big celebration for Malaysian people where many of Malaysian take this date for holiday, it will be massive jammed, so i would suggest you to avoid that date cause ur holiday will not going to enjoyble. nevertheless if you still wanna experience stuck in the jemm at most area the following is my answer to your question:
1. not to worry, there is still many activity is going on during hari raya.
2. its a short distance from PD to Malacca u can self drive there by using WAZE apps.
3. there is a bus/ taxi to T.Kemang, but u need to walk approx 1.km from hotel to the nearst bus stop, again i suggest you to drive.
4. if you taking a flight from KLIA u alway can rent a car at the airport. There is a hire rental car at Port Dickson as well do some google and you gona find some info there. :) normally it can be charge aroung rm80- rm150/ day/ car model. however it will be expensive during peak seasone.
