Right from the outset the speed of responses of Khaled and team were fantastic. Going there in 4x4 and living like a Bedouin with zero phone and internet and no electricity etc were a real desert experience one should not miss. Sleeping under the stars at night one sees so many constellations one can never see in a city. The...

I must admit it was beginning of april and still very quite and we were only 8 ( out of max. 35 ) but I loved every minute of it. You are correctly informed upfront about the (outdoor activities) options and price. All together it is not a low budget trip but it is worth every JOD. Cash only please...

I went with a group of 15 friends this March and had a experience of a lifetime. I will never forget this night. The location of the camp was amazing, with an unbelievable view over the Wadi Rum desert. The food we had for dinner was delicious (we also got to see how it was prepared). A very authentic experience!!...

We loved Wadi Rum. But to get a better feel for this special place spend the night at Salem Camp. Unforgettable is the only way to describe it. If you have time go on a hike with on of the guides. As the winter nights can be cool, bring proper clothing. Love to return.

We were there just for one night but it definitely good enough to stay longer. Comfortable beds in small cosy tents/houses, a huge place where all "guests" can sit together. It's also a "dining room" :-) Thank you, Khaled, for a wonderful tour!

Our stay (2+1+me) in Salem Camp was an amazing experience and a tour worth taking for all who travel to the desert Wadis in Jordan. Khaled and his team were amazing hosts and the service and hospitality are exemplary. The location of the camp at the very end of the Wadi adds to the unique experience as it adds to...
